I had a 4pm appointment and at it I mentored a wire sticking out that was bothering me and they were able to fix it right there and the same day. Didn’t leave till 4:50pm and no one seemed annoyed that I was there so late!

went for medicare advantage teeth cleaning. after 18 xrays that I had to pay for they told me a needed a "deep cleaning" for over $1000.00. told them all I wanted was a cleaning. nope! deep cleaning or nothing. they billed my carrier for dr. looking in my mouth for a minute and that was it. fyi aspen dental 4 xrays and choice of deep cleaning or just cleaning. got what I wanted. at rlj dental the customer is not right.
