Pewaukee Dental

I'm not normally one to leave a bad review, but I've had a negative experience and felt the need to share it. I'm giving this place 3 stars due to the fact that they don't seem very professional. 4 weeks ago (roughly) I had my wisdom teeth pulled. As it normally isn't a fun experience mine was less fun than it should of been. I've had good experience with cleanings and getting my cavity filled here. But when I scheduled my appointment to have my wisdom teeth pulled they didn't give me any information prior untill I called that morning. I had to figure out if I was getting all teeth pulled or just two and what kind of sedation I was to expect. I was told I'd get the gas and that I'd be ok to drive home. I'm glad I had my boyfriend with me anyways. I wound up fainting in the front lobby and was told that it was probably due to not eating breakfast. (Again no one told me and almost any kind of anesthetic makes me sick so I refrained from eating) anyways so now a few weeks later I'm pretty sure I have a bone fragment that's surfacing or another tooth coming in. Tried calling today around 11:30 to try to get in hrs say on google that they are open till around 1 and the machine said they were closed? Probably not going to spend my $ here anymore and will be trying somewhere else even though the staff is nice.

Initial cleaning appointment with Pewaukee Dental and very positive experience! Ambrosia is an excellent dental hygienist. Dr Wu is very knowledgeable and everyone was very professional and courteous.

I highly recommended Pewaukee Dental, especially for people who have had bad dental experiences in the past. I hadn't gone to a dentist in over 8 years but with the help of hygenist Juliane and Dr Alex I've overcome my hesitancy and have no problem going regularly. They brought me back from the brink of dental catastrophe! I can't recommend them enough!!

Dr Wu was outstanding. He showed compassion, explained everything and made the experience of visiting the dentist a good thing.

Pewaukee Dental is a team of very efficient and professional individuals. They are patient focused. Everyone is very friendly and shows utmost care. The facility uses latest technology and is a welcoming environment. Excellent service.

I was nervous to get my first crown. They made this entire process pretty relaxing and easy....and that's saying something for dental work! I would like to see a little more information given in hand about follow up care, because I'm horrible at remembering details once I get home. I highly suggest your get your dental work done here.

I had a cosmetic dental emergency and they got me in the same morning I called. I wasn't even a patient at the time. Dr. Silvia was very knowledgable and friendly and did an excellent job on my tooth repair. I would highly recommend Pewaukee Dental and Dr. Silvia.

My best experience at a dental office by far - the hygienists are kind, friendly, and explain everything they do. I used to be fairly uncomfortable at the dentist as a kid, but now I find that phobia is long gone, thanks to my experience at Pewaukee Dental! My cleanings have been quick and effective, and the small amount of orthodontic work I needed went very well. Highly Recommended!

Brittany did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very personable. Everyone that worked with me during my 2 visits was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue services with Pewaukee Dental SC.
