I have personally been a patient at Prairie Lakes Dental in Sun Prairie and so has my 3 year old son. I have nothing but good things to say. Dr. Adam and his assistant Amber worked very quickly and efficiently it was such a pleasure to be in and out quickly and be on with my day with an awesome smile! I brought my son in for his 1st ever appointment and Becky was so great with him. I came in fearing the worst with a toddler and he said he loved the dentist when we left they made him feel that comfortable. Bottom line is I would recommend no other Dental office besides Prairie Lakes Dental!

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Megan Lemke is a star on her own! She is the sweetest, kindest person I have ever met. That company is better because of her! It had been a while since I had gone to the dentist or had a cleaning due to poor past experience. At my last dental office I always left with a sore mouth after a cleaning, they were so rough! My daughter suggested that I try Prairie Lakes Dental, so I gave it a try. I had a cleaning with Becky and she was absolutely AMAZING! Not only was she kind, she put my mind at ease, and it didn't hurt! I highly recommend Prairie Lakes Dental!

Prairie Lakes got me in on a Friday morning (same day) for a dental emergency. I was not a patient here and needed work done before the weekend. Prairie Lakes was my third call but the only place that accommodated and fit me in right away with no complications. They were booked for the day on top of my work but didn’t turn me away to work me in. Staff was friendly and though booked and busy they still provided me with good and quality care. My tooth was fixed with cure time before lunch even and I was able to get back to my normal day. The procedure again was done with great care and was practically painless for having a root canal and crown done. The rate was fair as well. I am happy with the work done, care given, and that I’m able to get go into the weekend being put at ease thanks to Prairie Lakes!

Grace and Dr. Matt are both phenomenal, always working to make sure you aer comfortable and cared for. I am an anxious dental appointment patient and they reduce that anxiety so greatly. Prairie Lakes Dental has the best doctors and staff in the world! I had been going there for 7 years until I moved out of state. I have been trying to find that kind of talented dental office where I live now that I can trust but nothing even remotely comes close. I was so happy with the office, I referred several of my family members.

A few months ago, Dr. Martin placed two crowns. After the procedure, I was presented with sensitivity and went back many times for adjustments. Dr. Martin did everything he could to avoid a root canal. He probably saw me 10 times over the course of a few months. He even gave me a temporary night guard to see if that could help with sensitivity. He also responded to my late night email after hours to address my pain and concerns. Ultimately, we ended up with a root canal on one side. After the root canal, my pain persisted. I called Dr. Martin... again. He informed me that sometimes root canals can cause a little infection or inflammation. He prescribed antibiotics and steroids and I am finally pain free!!
Dr. Martin- thank you for never questioning my sanity (or insanity rather 🤣) and for sticking with me through this whole process. You are a great dentist, and you’re stuck with me now! I trust Dr. Martin with my teeth more than any other dentist I’ve ever visited.
Becky the hygienist is also amazing, she is so funny and positive always making me laugh and I always leave with a true smile after her cleanings.
Kailey, Dr. Martin’s assistant is sweet, kind, and thoughtful, and always makes sure you can breathe during your dental work. Haha! Thanks, Kailey.
Also, Shelley in billing is the best. She always takes care of my financial needs and deals with my difficult insurance company.
