I have had the privilege of seeing both Dr. Kyle and Dr. Will, and they are unlike any other dentists I have seen. The entire staff is warm and friendly, and put you at ease. Dr. Kyle and Dr. Will both work carefully, efficiently, and amazingly! I have left each visit happier and healthier due to them. I went from having a great deal of anxiety about dentists, to loving my new team and not even hesitating to let them know when I need help. Furthermore, they are also extremely flexible, and can see you fast for any pressing concerns. Finally, they are extremely affordable. The quality of care that you receive is easily worth five times more than the final bill. I look forward to the years I will have here!

I cannot speak higher of Watertown Family Dental practice. From start to finish we were treated so well. My 4 year old daughter had an emergency dental need and they were able to accommodate her the next day by agreeing to work past normal hours of operation.
In addition to the quick response; the level of patience and care were off the charts. Nikii was so sweet and tried to calm her fears. Dr Kyle was calm, confident, patient with her and quick!
We couldn’t be more grateful for the level of care and compassion we received.

I have gone to see Dr Garro for past 8 years. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He is quick at fixing teeth and funny! My whole family goes to see him. My 4 year old, after first visit with Dr Garro, said he'll be a dentist.

When my husband had a dental emergency, I spent over two hours trying to find a dentist to see him on short notice. Everyone else told me they wouldn’t see new patients for two weeks at the earliest. Family Dental Practice, on learning that he was in serious pain, managed to squeeze him in the next day! Everyone there was so nice, and treated us like people, not just patients. They went out of their way to be helpful to us. After doing an emergency exam, Dr. Will and Nikki explained everything to us, gave us our options, and were able to do a root canal right away. They were fantastic! We felt like we were in really good hands, and will absolutely return to Family Dental Practice for all our future dental needs. Highly recommend!

Going to the dentist is not something I love to do, but what I LOVE about Family Dental Practice is everything! I am always greeted so pleasantly by the front staff! Dr Will calms my anxiety by telling me exactly what he is going to do before he does it and I truly feel confident in his great care and skill. My Dental Hygienist, Krisssy, is someone I look forward to seeing every six months. She is amazing! Every dental assistant I have encountered has been kind and made every effort to make sure my experience was as positive as possible. I highly recommend this dental practice; especially if you have some anxiety about dental care. Their all around care is impressive!

I can't say enough great things about this team. We've been coming here for 8 years now and never a bad experience. The front office is personable and laid back, they make me feel super comfortable the minute I walk in. The dental assistants and the doctors never makes me feel rushed in and out- they take their time, no matter how busy their office is, and follow up on how I'm feeling after a procedure (sadly, I've had a lot). Really a great practice!
