Dr. Charging and the staff are very engaged, friendly, and competent, but most of all they are perfectionists. I think when it comes to dental work that's the best way to be. I'm about halfway through a rather extensive treatment plan and have only positive experiences. Mostly I work with Dr. Charging, Debbie, Nicole, and Angle at the desk. But everyone else I deal with is the same way.

The VA is paying for my treatment and I'm really glad Midwest Dental accepts their referrals. I need a lot of work and we are underway.

I really like Dr. Charging along with her assistants. They're very friendly and welcoming. I love how the assistant and i can connect easily. It makes every visit very easy going. She cleans my teeth very well and always suggest me tips on how to maintain a health mouth. Thanks, Midwest Dental.

We've been to other dentists including pediatric dentists and Dr. Jenna Lang was by far the most welcoming and friendly to my child. My 6 year old asked if she can be her forever dentist! We are driving well over an hour to see her. What brought us to Midwest is that a parent is allowed in the building with their child. Otherwise, I don't know if we would've ever convinced my child to get much needed dental work done.

Lynn is and has been my hygienist for years. She is as professional as she is friendly. She provided so much information and advice regarding my new transition to Medicare as an insurance and payment options. It was my first meeting with Dr Kim and I was totally impressed with her perfection as a provider and her common sense attitude toward work that needs to be done. I am glad that I have stayed with Midwest Dental through the years.

I had my hygiene appointment yesterday morning and my experience was great. Checked in right away and went to sit down in one of the two new elevated chairs they had added to the waiting room. (I previously had commented about the lack of taller chairs for us people with mobility issues and now there are two) They listen to the customer's needs. Didn't wait long and Lynn was out to get me within 5 minutes. Lynn did a great job and Dr. Charging came in at the end and did a thorough check of the teeth and mouth and viola I was done. Great job by all and yes the receptionist as well, very pleasant to talk to. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Thank you for getting the chairs.

I enjoy going to Midwest. Dr Lang and Dr Wood are excellent. Madi and Bobbi are the best. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I look forward to our visits and conversations. They are always very upbeat and positive.

I had an on call visit today, and wow was i impressed, DR, Wood and his assistant Maddie was super, even being the 4th of July they were very upbeat, friendly, 2 very amazing people I got to meet today and did an amazing job pulling my tooth. Gave me all my options, explained everything very well. I will refer anyone I know to them for great dental work.

Having gotten my teeth cleaned and filling fixed the service is decent. Their billing and payment office is not. Having been making payments since receiving treatment and I'm about to make my last payment, they threaten me with collections.
Any company that greedy is not worth your time despite the quality of service provided. I highly do not recommend.

The entire team is excellent and thorough. They did a full cancer screening along with my cleaning. The hygienist was careful; I had no discomfort during my cleaning or exam.

Our experience with Midwest Dental was excellent. The staff was very professional, on time, very knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience.
