I have three daughters nine, five and three, all of them have had to get cavities filled. Dr. Weinhandl is absolutely amazing when it comes to handling kids. Their experiences with him have always been great and they look forward to seeing him. I will always recommend Brook Trout Dental for adults and children alike.

What an asset Tayah is to this dental office. My husband had spent a few days in the hospital in which the doctors discovered a tooth that had to come out asap. I called the office and Tayha told me that tooth had to be removed by an oral surgeon. She told me where to call and she sent them everything they needed and they saw my husband the next day and removed the tooth. Thank you Tayha for coming to our aide. You are a blessing! This was the most welcomed and comfortable I have ever been in a dentist office. Everyone there makes you feel like you've been going there for years. Brook Trout Dental was actually my first dental experience in 23 years. So as you can guess I was pretty nervous just for a cleaning and a checkup, but the staff and Dr. Weinhandl were all best. I’ve now been back for a couple of fillings and other dental work and again they are truly a caring and great dental practice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke anytime you have an appt. you wait for 30 minutes to an hour before you actually get seated and still waiting another 30 minutes before any work gets done. This place is the biggest joke of a dental office. Besides Tayah the staff is rude and treats people unfairly. They have no respects for anyone but themselves and they’ve made that apparent time and time again. Also their prices are double anywhere else in Casper. Would highly recommend not coming here.

My boys and I went to Brook trout dental for years, Until I missed an appointment, for a reason beyond beyond my control, they told me I had to pay 200.00 for not making my appointment , then I got a quote for almost 1000 for some work that needed to be done , a friend of mine ,went in and got me a gift certificate of the amount of work that needed to be done for a Christmas gift , I went in to use the gift certificate, they didn't have time to finish that one day that needed to be done , so figured still had credit , no instead not only did they not do the work that was suppose to be done , but I got a bill in the mail ,saying I owed 900 more , worst part the work they did do broke within 2 weeks ... Horrible......Now I'm trying to go to another dentist ,to fix what they didn't ,the dentist requested my x-rays , which my insurance covered , and they won't release them because they say I owe money . Very bad experience ..
