Been to many dental office. This one is far above average. Great and helpful staff. They have a very good work environment witch makes a successful team.

Niki was so amazing! Gentle and thorough. My teeth feel brand new!

Everyone was absolutely awesome. I received the absolute most thorough exam and xrays ever. There was a child in another area receiving his first exam and it sounded like it was so fun for him. They were great with him. If my children were still small, I would definately take them there for their care.

Had originally posted a strong review of this business, but that took a sharp turn after they caused a lot of problems for my family. My children, who the first couple visits actually enjoyed going to see them. Later, both were not receiving adequate pain relief and finally cut my sons cheek causing him to now be terrified of the dentist. Much of the work done to them had to be redone at another dentist where my son in particular has to be knocked out because he’s so scared now. New dentist commented that a lot of the work was done poorly and on only partial. For me, which I had gone religiously for cleanings and recommended work over the span of 3 years, finally gave in to some fillings which I didn’t feel was fully necessary as I had no discomfort, but they’re the professionals. Afterwards, I had problems with cold sensitivity and constant mild pain. Also had an instance where I had to cancel last minute, which I called for and they said they would waive the cancellation fee, but when the invoice came for the work previously described, there is was. I refused to pay the fee, paid the rest of the invoice in total and said I would not return. I wish them the best of luck, but my family will go elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing staff. So friendly and welcoming. Last minute emergency turned into a very great experience. Definitely recommend this place for anyone who has little ones that are a little nervous when it comes to dentists!

Everyone is so friendly and always make me feel like family. As a past dental assistant I would rate their dental work as outstanding. They always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Love everyone there from the front office gals to the hygienist, assistants and the doctor. Highly recommend A+++.

Tonya is my most favorite there. All the people there are super friendly and always do an incredible job with me and my children. I've been with them since I was a kid, through all the different dentists and I've never cared to go to anyone else.

I am usually an anxious mess when I go to the dentist,( I've had some horrific experiences) but I put my full trust In these guys. They do amazing work, they are patient and understanding with budgets and work schedules and they are always friendly and provide excellent and speedy care! I recommend them to friends all the time! Going to a dentist is for some, a very stressful experience. As I am someone who is trepidatious about beginning care with a new dentist, I am writing this with the utmost respect and care.

I have been blessed not to have a lot of issues with my teeth, but when I found out that I had my first cavity at the age of 42, I have to be honest, I was scared. The staff, every single one, is gentle, kind, understanding, and put me at ease at my first visit. The receptionist was exceptional. The dental hygienist was kind and gentle and listened to my fears and took a special care with the things that I was especially nervous about. I didn't feel rushed,or did I feel like I was just another cash flow.

I really did feel that I was the most important person there. I know that I'm wasn't, but I was made to feel like I was. That spoke volumes to me. The dentist was very gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable and at ease before any treatment was given.

After seeing the care that I was given by Oil City Dental, my husband, who does not like going to the dentist, was so impressed that he made an appointment to come see them. As a family, we have switched to Oil City Dental. They are costs are competitive, very reasonable, and work with you. Dentists often are, in my experience, rigid on their charges and financial policies, however, we have found that Oil City works with you.

They are also exceptional working with families about scheduling. For me, a key element for my health care providers is listening and caring for my emotional, mental, and physical concerns. I can't say enough about this office, and I recommend them highly to anybody who is looking for a change.

Having somebody care about the whole YOU, not just your mouth, but the human being, YOU, give these guys a call. Take care of your teeth, your mouth, your gums, go see Oil City Dental, the kind people who care for me.

I hardly ever do Google reviews but I felt that this was an absolute need for all of you out there in Casper or in neighboring regions who want to see somebody that really do care about you and your family, not just the bottom line, the cash or how much money they can get out of you. They want to care about your teeth, and really want to hear about how you and your family is doing. They've met me twice, and remembered me. That speaks volumes about how they care about me.

Oil City Dental Office was very accommodating to my emergency dental situation and did everything they could to help me. Dr. Bauer is an exceptional dentist who is understanding and did an Amazing job at the dental work he performed on me. All the staff there were so helpful and made me feel comfortable, as the dentist is not my favorite place to go to. I had to travel a distance to get to them, but I would do it again in a heartbeat. These guys were amazing and made me laugh with their sense of humor. Thank you oil city dental!!! I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!! They were awesome!!!
