Went in for an appointment on a Saturday at 9 am because of problems with healing an extraction site. Waited until 10:30 for doctor Baker (who was good) tried his best to make me feel better, the blonde dental assistant was very rough though, she layed the suction vacuum down right on top of the open extraction site and suctioned to it. Like complete contact. Then acted like it didnt happen, no apology or anything after watching the tremendous pain it caused. Dr Baker called me the following Monday to check on me, told me if it wasnt better by that coming Friday to call him and he would get me in that day, that he would be in the office. Well today is Friday. I called. I still hurt very badly. The same dental assistant answered the telephone when I called to ask to get in today (Friday), she tells me they are closed today and that "the doctor does not know the schedule." That I could walk in tomorrow, but that they are full and I would just have to wait to see if I could get between patients. Was extremely unhelpful to say the least.

Doctor Baker was awesome! He fixed my tooth really quick. They got me in quickly and it was an overall good experience! Definitely recommend.

I haven't had the best luck with dentists till now. The dentists and office staff are amazing. They are all caring and made sure I wasn't in pain while doing my dental work. I'm happy to have my smile back.

This is the best dental office in Casper!!! The staff is always so friendly! Gabbi has a very gentle hand and she is always so kind!! Sabrina is always so friendly and on top of the schedule!! I would recommend this office to anyone!!

Love the staff and the doctors. They do everything they can to accommodate you. It's super cool that they're open on Saturdays when all other dentists are closed. Would definitely recommend.

My temporary crown, which was done elsewhere, fell out late Friday night. I found this place on Google and saw they were open on Saturday so I called and they got me in! They were incredible! They put a filling in and I have an appointment for my new crown in January!

For someone who is engulfed with fear when getting numb at the dentist, Dr. Emery made the shot experience very comfortable. I'm actually looking forward to building a relationship with Priority Dental.
