They're borderline predatory. If you need a lot of dental work and/or have not been to the dentist in quite awhile, they will overwhelm you with worst case scenarios and a sales pitch that will involve thousands of dollars worth of care that may or may not be necessary. The staff is friendly enough, but you can tell that they've all been brainwashed with corporate training sessions to push the vulnerable into unnecessary treatments. Victoria is particularly cutthroat and snarky.

I'm glad that they didn't get any money from me. The initial exam was enough to see that this is the used car sales of dentistry. Save your time, money and sanity. Steer clear of this dental practice.

Facility was clean, staff was pleasant yet didn't present appropriate information. Attempted to sell expensive services that were not needed. All my daughter and I needed was a cleaning however both were being told we need of serious corrective care. I declined services (a waste of time). My daughter had her teeth cleaned, only to endure a painful process. We will NOT be returning!!!

Kelli Taylor is very professional. She educates as well as motivates her patients to take part in their own dental care. She really is concern about her patients.

I had a great experience with this aspen dental office. I had been in agony for 4 days. They were very accommodating and got me the first emergency appt they had. When I arrived at the office they checked me in on the phone in the parking lot in adherence to social distancing during this pandemic. They got me in after an extended wait. But bear in mind this was an emergency appt. Once inside they took a full set of xrays. The dentist came in and discussed the options with me all of which included the extraction of the tooth that had cause so much pain over the last few days. I met with the office manager, paid for the extraction, and went back to wait on the dentist to perform the extraction . I was moved to a procedure suite and the extraction was preformed under local anesthesia. I was released about 20 mins later. I was at the office almost 4 hours but again this was an emergency appt. I returned home and continue antibiotics prescribed by the emergency room 48 hours earlier. The swelling in my jaw and face is slowly going down. The pain is being controlled well with tylenol and advil. Give the fact that they made the emergency appt on Saturday for the first thing available and that I had to drive 40 miles to the office, I was grateful to get the appt as even emergency appointments during the pandemic are hard to get. The experience overall was positive and the staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you a gain for your help with this very painful and unexpected event. I will use aspen dental locally as a dental provider and recommend then to anyone whether having a dental crisis or for routine dental care. The treatment plan and cost are explained up front. They offer third party financing should you need it which could have been a viable option had it been necessary. Thanks again Aspen Dental. Great customer service and great dental service. The cost to get the tooth removed that had caused me such agony for days was $134. Fortunately I had the money to pay for the services. I highly recommend their services.

The prices are so high nobody can afford it without insurance. A cleaning is 1000! They also said I had gum disease, that was a lie, my other dentist said I didn't. They also told a friend of mine the same thing. They were about to run my credit without asking me until I said no because I'm about buy a house, then he said o well we may not need to run your credit. Wont go back! Ever! Scammers

Aspen Dental Phoenix City
Kelly is the best hygienist! I forgot the actual Dentist's name but she was great too. I had to get a fill in replaced and was full of anxiety. She was very considerate.

It was my first visit to the dentist since I relocated and I was expecting a cleaning like every other dentist appointments. However, they took a lot of imaging shots, the doctor came in to exam me to come up with a "dental plan", which included me scheduling another appointment for a cleaning. Waste of time!

I came here to have two teeth removed. The lady told me I had to have $162 to come in for the appointment. When I get there she tells me I have to have $108 to be seen. No where in our conversation did she mention anything about having to bring $108 to be seen. So I had to leave with two rotted teeth and a swollen gum in pain because they failed to inform me I would have to bring $108 to actually have them removed.
