Worst possible experience for a routine check up ever in my life. I'm 38 and retiring out the army. So I've had plenty of dentist experiences over the years. First off it's a brand new facility. Yet some how when you walk in you get hit with a horrible smell. Once you get past the smell it wssnt to bad until they wanted 18 xrays of my teeth. Okay not to bad of a idea so they can see everything. Except you will have to listen to the ridiculous joke that the xray tech has patients drool over her all the time. Ok it's a joke I'm ok with that except I had to hear it multiple times. Along with other jokes and comebacks that you may be thinking in your head right now. Then I have to question how sterile the equipment is. Like I said I had to get 18 xrays. So I had to bit the tools to do so while sitting in a computer chair. There is a plastic sleeve to cover the exposed parts except the metal they want you to bit down on. Then I move to a room and the actual dental experience not so bad and quick. 10 mins to check for cavities. 10 minutes to check my gums. That might be kinda long it was actually very quick. Then I had to sit there and wait for some new employment paper work as I realize I watched 2 episode of daytime TV. I havent seen anyone in a long time. I start to ask my wife via text I wonder if they forgot about me. I go look for someone and finally ask of I'm waiting on something still. I'm told I'm waiting on the facility manager. Who is with a patient hmm. 20 minutes later I get called to their office asked if I had any questions. Then was like no but this was ridiculous and I'll never come back I've been here 2 hours for a check up that i had a appointment for. They said ok thank you. So not even a apology that their service took so long. So I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless you feel like wasting your entire day. Now it's not like it was a ton of paper work it was all filled out it just needed a signature. Which was signed by the dentist when they completed the exam. So I'm not even sure what the facility manager had to do. But if that is the level of management at a new facility they need a new manager immediately. I also wish I could give negative stars.

From first call till i walked out with new full set , every member of stuff even the fill n girl lindsy from fla office was checking on my every need and pain and cocern. Very professional with touch of " mamma hen ". They explained to me every step they was going to do and as they was doing them they check my pain level and kept it in check. Stopping when they thought i was hurting.

The experience at aspen dental was excellent. Beautiful staff my needs were met have had no medical issues after. I would recommend this facility to everyone i know

The facilities are top notch as are the staff, but they force you to have this VERY EXPENSIVE periodontal cleaning treatment, which IS NOT covered by most insurance plans before they will do routine dental work! I have two dental plans, and one actually covered the treatments, but not the "special" antibiotic they paint on, and the antibiotics were almost $900!!! What a scam!

From the front desk all the way back to my room. Every single person I came in contact with was very professional, nice and respectful. They don't judge you based on your dental or financial situation. I love Aspen Dental

Be prepared to have an expensive deep cleaning that is not necessary and won't be covered by 99% if insurances. They charge way more than what is Reasonable & Customary for their services. Make sure your insurance actually covers the specific Dentist who works on your teeth!!! They immediately say they take all major insurances but then your insurance doesn't pay because the provider who saw you hadn't completed an application or re-certification to be a participating network provider. When you call and question this, they throw it back at you that it was your responsibility to make sure that specific provider is in the network. How are you supposed to know exactly who will be working on your teeth and that they aren't covered when you are already said you take the insurance?!?!? Basically, they don't take all major insurance and you will be stuck to pay for the entire work that is done. No wonder they sucker you into signing up for financing to pay for the work. They are great at a bait and hook tactic. What a nightmare and all this because of a stupid tooth ache!!!

Wonderful visit, haven't been to the dentist in a while. Very much enjoyed it. Tracey H. was excellent very efficient and friendly. I will be coming back.

Kellie the hygienist was wonderful she came thru for me and helped me get my teeth cleaned when the other ppl were trying to charge me $1000 and shw got it down to me only oweing $51 I highly recommend seeing kellie and Regina was so sweet she felt so bad that LaGrange Aspen dental gave me the run around she made sure that everything was taken care of

Superb customer service and paid absolutely nothing for initial visit. However, we drove 50 miles for nothing!! We explained it was his wisdom tooth and had expectation of it getting pulled. Stick to your regular dentist.
