Casa Grande Family Dentistry

I would really rate them no stars from my experience but it wont let me! I went there as a first time patient bc we got a coupon in the mail $49 for x-ray and cleaning. Got there the receptionist was nice was asked to fill out some paperwork. Waiting wasnt very long maybe 10 minutes. The assistant was very nice while doing x-rays and keeping conversation. When the dentist came in he was he was very quick to look over my x-rays said everything looked fine. When he went to exam my mouth he was very quick examining my teeth and never did a cleaning in which was why I came in for and stated that I had Periodontal disease without asking if I was having any mouth pain or swelling. Then they sent me to April to further explain what the dentist said and it would be over 600 in cleaning that day if I wanted. Mind you i have no mouth pain or swelling and the total bill they gave me was over 3,000. I also saw another review from a lady that they did the same thing too and her Colorado dentist reassured her she did not have periodontal disease. I would not recommend this place to have anything done seems to me they are running a scam to get the most money out of people they can. Will not be going back here ever!

Edit: I went to Aspen Dental in Casa Grande to get a second opinion on the periodontal disease. They said my mouth was one of the healthiest they have seen all day and stated I did not have periodontal disease but did have reseating gums and surface stains and no cavities. I would recomend Aspen. They were all friendly and precise and I am going back today for a regular cleaning.

Very clean, Very Quick, Very Friendly. No reason not to stop here for your Cleanings or fillings, just all around a nice Experience!

I called CG Family Dentistry on a Tuesday got an appointment for that following Thursday , arrived did my paperwork waited no more than 10 minutes, immediately I was seated by the dental assistant, seen by the doctor given a prognosis, and asked if I wanted to do the treatment that same day . I said yes, the procedure was done promptly and professionally. I was escorted out and given instructions of how to care for my procedure. Total professionalism from the moment you walk in the door and speak to the receptionist until the assistant walks you out. Totally reccomend this place for anyone with dental issues. 5 STARS THANK YOU CG FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!

My first visit here, is the best dental treatment I have ever had. There was very little waiting time all around. I never knew a crown could be done in one day, and the prep work was minimal and painless. The staff was very friendly and caring. It was quite interesting to watch my crown being constructed, and the technician was very thorough and experienced. It fit perfectly! The clinic was well kept and comfortable. I would recommend this establishment to all.

I would not recommend this dentist ever. I made a teeth cleaning appointment and they told me it would cost $100. My wife and I both made appointments. When we arrived I asked her again how much it would cost. They told me $100 each for teeth cleaning. When we finished they charged us over $600.00. I complained and they said they had to do x-rays and several other services. They didn't tell me at the time there would be additional charges. They are running a real scam. Do not go there.

I didn't like this place the staff were rude especially some shorter Mexican lady so watch her working in the front 😒and they treated my husband tooth badly they don't cater to anyone without insurance it's not professional no masks and it was hott in there,

Great experience!! Friendly from the moment I walked in, Chris and April were very easy to talk to and very compassionate to my needs. Dr.P and his assistance worked at my pace I never felt pressured or nervous. They made my dental phobia's disappear. The hygienist Norma was very patient with me and very thorough. I recommend this office to everyone. I no longer need to search I have found my dentist office for life. Thank you all, keep up the great service!!

Today, October 19, 2020 I had my second appointment with Dr. Potyczaka. I think he is a terrific doctor, very knowledgeable, very precise and very nice. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. My theeth were cleaned - no pain, no bleeding, thanks to Gary.

His staff is also very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience this morning.

Great experience...Dr P is so easy going and flies around from one room to another knowing the mission he is on when he enters the next room. Root canal and crown were a piece of cake...great office personnel also. They are all so sweet and helpful.
