The staff was friendly and the services provided were good. This was my first visit, when I called to make my appointment I was told it would be $49 for the exam, x-rays and cleaning. During my exam I was told I needed a periodontal cleaning and it would be full price. Most dental offices would charge the difference between a standard cleaning and a periodontal cleaning. Also when I arrived, I was shocked to see they wanted an extra $10 fee per visit for Covid 19 supplies. I called my old dentist in Colorado Springs to see if they were charging this fee or if this was a new practice among dentists. They said did not charge extra fees for Covid 19 supplies and did not know any dentists who did. I feel strongly that charging such a fee is a poor practice and will cost them more is lost business over the long run. Not a good way to build a dental practice!

This has been my dentistry for life, I've gone here ever since I had teeth and the ladies at the front desk have been there just as long! They always make me feel welcome and my teeth always feel fantastic after a visit there. This place truly is a Family Dentistry.

For the first time in my 51 years, I had a positive dental experience! Dr. P and the entire staff were warm, welcoming, patient and understanding of my dental anxiety.

My sister had a tooth that was in desperate need of attention. All night she moaned and groaned. Her face was swollen and her pain was at a level 13
(on a scale of 1-10) She doesn't have dental insurance and every place she called wanted cash payment for exam, X-rays, and extraction. She found a place that would bill her monthly but she couldn't get in for three days. I felt so bad for her.
I did a bit of research and called
CASA GRANDE FAMILY DENTAL.
This place was awesome, when I tell you they earned every 🌟 they earned every 🌟. Professional, skilled, kind, delicate and efficient.
My sister was in their office within the next hour and a half. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to dentist every single person in this office was amazing.

I have been a patient for about two years and I love everyone in the office. The staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. P is an amazing dentist.

First visit, very friendly staff,
The only thing that bothered me was that not all staff were wearing masks, and the few that were had them on their chin.
With this serious pandemic we’re all living with now, I would of liked to see all staff more serious about protecting us their patients.
CDC says spittle droplets from speaking can transmit the COVID-19, so my feelings are if I protect you from my spittle, I would want you to protect me from yours by not spitting on my mask.
My mother and I are seniors and wear our masks and gloves every time we’re out.
I hope they consider wearing their masks, all the patients that entered their office while my visit had a mask.
Especially in a place where people are walking by patients that are having their mouths wide open while being worked on and vulnerable to the air particles floating around them and from patients and staff that walked by them without masks
I’ve been to two other doctor offices, chase bank and all required mask and even temperature checked this week,
I will be visiting this office again because my mother really liked the service and dentist and at 90 her comfort is why my concerns are valid.

In and out quickly had 4 fillings no pain great experience
