I had an emergency toothache and they fit me in the same day. Dr. Bacon actually made me smile in the midst of so much pain which relaxed me a bit. The staff is super nice and friendly and their interactions with each other were more like family than coworkers. I know going to the dentist can be traumatic for some people but this is the place to go! I was in excruciating pain but these people took some of the bite (bad pun intended) out of that.

I am a retired physician and my wife has also worked in the health field. Flagstaff Downtown Dental is doing an outstanding job implementing safety measures to keep clients safe during the pandemic. They adopted guidelines from the American Dentist Association, from FMC and Dr Bacon did additional research to implement more safety measures. All necessary PPE is available for staff which took a lot of time to find and order. The staff is doing everything to make clients comfortable and safe. We had no concerns about visiting this office during this time.
