Flagstaff Downtown Dental

Everyone is extremely nice in this office. My hygienist, Taylor, was so gentle and knowledgeable. The only way I can describe my experience was a “tooth spa.” I would give 6 stars if I could! I highly recommend.

A great experience overall!

I had the pleasure of working with Aryel (Front Office Manager) to schedule appointments. As her bio says, she is very helpful and friendly! She patiently answered all of my pre-appointment questions and was just as friendly in person.

My first point of contact in the dental chair was Kaya. Kaya took all of my digital x-rays and was a joy to spend time with. What a lovely person! So friendly and personable while, at the same time, very professional.

After the x-rays were complete, Dr. Bacon looked them over and did an evaluation. We had a nice chat during that time.

The office and grounds are lovely. It's a beautiful park-like setting outside with beautiful flowers all around. The inside of the office is very clean, modern (with some traditional touches), well lit, beautiful windows, bright and airy. You can tell that a lot of love has been put into this practice. All of the staff and doctors seem very happy. It makes me happy to see people happy at their workplace.

Dr. Bacon and the staff work well together. They are fun, humorous, kind and generous with their time and talent. The atmosphere is light and caring. Dr. Bacon is obviously devoted to making sure all are trained in excellence and are highly knowledgeable of their roles/jobs. Having my teeth worked on is awful for me, but I find everyone there to be gentle and understanding. All is explained to me fully. I leave confident I have been well cared for and my dental work has been completed properly.Thank you to everyone! Dr. Bacon is professional, friendly and knows his craft and business very well. I'm very grateful.

Great service and care! My entire family has been going to them since I moved to Flagstaff in 2015. I have 4 kids and they are always accommodating when I need to schedule them. The staff are always professional and pleasant! I enjoy taking my family here for their dental care!

The doctor did a fine job my teeth. I'm very pleased with the outcome. However, I found his reaction to my complaint about having had a bruised lip from the previous appointment a bit condescending and didn't feel it was taken seriously. Suggesting that my lip had only been stained by the blue strip, after I had already said that my lip hurt for a week after the appointment was insensitive to my perspective and experience. He did notice that I pinched my lip under my lower plate ( and this was my doing). And I was able to fix this. Though I again have to put up with a swollen lip for awhile. I appreciate all the effort put in to preserving my dental health and will continue as a patron of your office.
