My hygienist, Sarah, is fantastic, friendly and very helpful and I enjoy talking to her when I go for my cleaning. Also, Dr. Williams is absolutely phenomenal. He is going the extra mile to work with me for a full dental reconstruction due to malocclusion that resulted from a rare and serious medical disease I had and now has been successfully treated. I am very confident and appreciative of the knowledge, skills, high competence and care I am receiving at this office. Oh, and the staff is tremendous... always very friendly and supportive.

Jake (Dr. Williams likes to go by his first name, which I appreciate) and his staff are very friendly. They do great work, and I've never had to wait past my appointment time. Today I had to have a very last minute appointment and they were able to squeeze me in! Everyone is very competent and communicates well. The office is full of the newest and best technology, and the atmosphere is relaxing. If I had to complain about something, it would be parking. It's a shared lot, and sometimes it takes a few minutes to find a space. So arrive a little early.

I appreciate the staff and the new Dr. Williams. I have been going now for 5 years and trust all the staff 100%. They are caring and kind. If I have needed a last minute appointment they get me right in and getting my wisdom teeth removed recently was a piece of cake. I absolutely love their office and staff and have complete trust they will take good care of me every visit.

Where do I start wished I would of found this Dentist years ago . I went in for a consultation which was amazing having him explain everything and have a plan of action for me making me feel like he really cared about my front teeth .I have had such a fear of dentist seeing how I broke my front teeth at age 7 . I have so much confidence in him and I can’t wait to see my finishing results having a dentist that you can trust in is such and important step when you have a lot of work that needs to be done on your front teeth and a big shout out to his front desk staff thanks for listening to my concerns . From the front to the back of the house staff you are all so wonderful.

I've always so much anxiety with dentist visits so I just never went. I have absolutely no more fear. Truly the friendliest staff, and most understanding and comforting people here! I went in almost in tears from fear and left looking forward to my next appointment after having teeth pulled, graft, and stitches. Best dentist ever!! Thank you Northern Heights!

I have been going to this dentist office for a long time (before it was with Dr Williams) and they actually make going to the dentist enjoyable. Sarah is the best hygienist, Nina always greets everyone with a friendly smile and I really like Dr. Williams. I was worried when he took over the practice, but now I find I like him a lot more than my previous dentist. He is knowledgeable, calm, and trustworthy. He takes time to give information and explains procedures/diagnoses. He also isn’t quick to fill every “cavity” or imperfection in your teeth as I have experienced before. Everyone is fantastic and I highly recommend. :)

From the front office to the back, everyone was wonderful! Dr. Williams' bedside manner was above and beyond anything I've experienced in the dental world. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone who needed compassionate dental care.

I have been going to this office for 25 years...now on my third dentist, but still mostly the same staff and hygienists. Everyone is friendly and competent. Dental work is first rate. I highly recommend! I'd never go anywhere else.

Great staff that did thorough job! It had been years since I’ve had a positive experience at a dentist’s office. They are professional and friendly. Heather (the hygienist) was great with our little kids.

It's really impossible to give this dental practice too high a rating. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Many times they have squeezed me in for an appointment to accommodate my chaotic schedule. There has never been a glitch with my insurance coverage; it helps that they know more about it than I do. The hygienists are all great and have performed about the least uncomfortable cleanings I've had. We started using this practice with Dr. Day and have found Dr. Williams to be a very worthy successor. He calmly and confidently explains the situation, explores alternatives, and makes recommendations. Best of all, the procedures he has performed have had excellent results and were done right the first time.
