Overwhelmingly, the staff was friendly and engaging. My questions were answered with care, the facility was clean and welcoming, and the overall experience was not unpleasant. Dana did a thorough job cleaning my teeth but not over the top and Jacob Williams had a jovial sense about him.

So very thankful for DrW, Brianne, Nina and the whole team! Warm and professional. I have never had better dental cate in over sixty years.

I found Northern Heights Dental online, and chose them because of where Dr. William's went to medical school ( Midwestern University ) I knew he had to be top of the line because my son went to medical school there also. Favoritism, Yes. I was not disappointed . I have had numerous dental procedures over the past 10 months ie. Cleanings crown filling extraction lnvsaligners and implants. I have had little to no pain through all of my visits( Without being put under) I even look forward to going to my appointments, and that's a tall statement. Reason being, all of the people there are like family,and treat you like a guest rather than a patient .You can't go wrong .

Dr. Williams is AMAZING! As far back as I can remember, I’ve never really liked my smile. I have an extremely gummy smile that makes me very self conscious. Dr. Williams helped me fix my smile with a simple Botox treatment. I’m happy to say, I absolutely LOVE my new smile! I highly recommend Northern Heights Dental to anyone looking to fix their “gummy smile”.

Friendly staff all around and Dr. Williams is a good dentist who gives it to you straight and let’s you make the decisions. Would definitely recommend.

Ok, so was the Bush administration since the last time I had gotten up the courage to go to the dentist. But I bit the bullet, so to speak, and starting making up for lost time with Dr. Williams at Northern Heights. Gradually we took care of some easy things and then came time for more serious work. I tilt back in the treatment chair and a little sign on the ceiling says, "We Cater to Cowards." I don't think it was the nitrous that got me laughing. Dr. Williams and staff are great.

You're probably thinking who goes to the dentist on Valentines Day because that's when you're going out for a nice romantic dinner. Everytime I've had any work on my teeth I have never experienced pain. Dr. Jacob Williams is an awesome dentist. I highly recommend him. Had another appointment on 3/06/2018, had a crown put on my tooth. I never dread going to Dr. Jacob Williams for my appointment. It has always been a good visit. Never do I expierance any pain or discomfort. Every time I go fir a visit the staff continues to be very friendly and caring.

I was scared to death at my first visit. I always hated going to the dentist. I knew i had to have alot of work done and i read in an ad they "cater to wimps" and they really do !!! Excellent staff while Dr Williams is highly informative while being very patient with explaining everything. Great location with some awesome views of Mt Elden. Choose this place if you want a thorough and caring dentist.
