Staff treated me great! In and out in about an hour, removed top right wisdom tooth in about 40 seconds! Pain meds worked great, considering I don't handle pain, and I have dentist anxiety this was the best dentist visit I have experienced, fast professional! Xray, exam and tooth extraction $120.00!

Adrian was very comforting and helpful in the tooth pulling process and required after care. He is a true asset to the practice.

Came here cause I had a tooth fall apart and they could get me in the day it happened. Stoore did the extraction and the lady that assisted him didn't know the name of the tools so he kept having to stop and explain and describe what they were so she could get them for him. At this point I was already numb and the procedure was started otherwise I would have left cause how uncomfortable I was. After this he wanted a follow up in a couple weeks where he checked how it was healing and then took x rays and did a work up of what else I needed done. After the x rays he wanted me back again for the third time to make a plan and go over cost and payment options then he seemed upset cause I didn't have time that visit to have any work done cause I was told it would be a quick visit. Felt very pressured to have the work done right away which was just annoying. I told him I work two jobs and I don't have time to keep coming in so often then he started to speak sarcastically to me and became very short with everything that he said. He also wanted to pull my bottom wisdom teeth even though they aren't cutting, hurting, or any kind of issue with them but my top left one is through and rubbing my cheek and he says nothing about pulling that one that's beginning to be an issue. It's like he just wanted to see how much money he could get me to spend and how much of my time he could waste. It's no wonder why this place seems to charge less than others when they're as unprofessional as they were with me. Will not be returning I'd rather pay more money elsewhere than to be pressured into doing something I don't need done and to be talked to and treated poorly by someone like that.

Disappointing. Office says they're open till 7:30 came in quarter after 7 on Feb 6, 2018....and was told they can make an appointment or come in in the morning. I have a massive tooth infection so apparently I guess they need to change their hours on the door. I know it's inconvenient for them coming in soon to clise...but what is it supposed to be for me, the patient? Sad when dentist office have this level of compassion I never even got to the point where they ask about insurance or money or anything! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do they have $19 appt including x-rays? Yes. Will they give you good and honest service? NO.

Beware of this place!

When we lost our dental insurance, we went here for my son’s toothache. The dentist wanted to pull an (adult) canine tooth for $400 saying it had a cavity in the root. Strange, considering he had been having regular cleanings & checkups until 2 months ago—you’d think his regular dentist would have said something. We sought a 2nd opinion our regular dentist and learned that he had a chipped filling—cheap & easy fix. Even the antibiotic the dentist prescribed was unnecessary.

This is incompetence or dishonesty. Either is unacceptable.

Dr Stoore and all the staff have been wonderful. Dr Stoore took the time to address my issues and did a great job with my extraction. I had no pain afterwards. I was seen and taken care of a timely matter and treated respectfully. I have been to other dentists who don't want to give you the time of day. I will be using comfort dental from now on.

I've given this place more than enough times to make it right, and each time they fail. Ive been there about 4 times, and will never return. I keep thinking, maybe todays staff was off...no,they're all off all the time.Unorganized staff didn't know why I was there. The dental hygienist took1.5 hrs to clean my teeth. Was very slow and inexperienced. And then there is the dentist Mike. Wants to do a ton of work on me every time, and never explains or seems to care. How are they still in businesses? 1 star because I cant give 0.

I am very upset after leaving today! Checked in an noon and was told I would get help today, I have a broken tooth half missing with exposed nerves I can't even open my mouth without being in excruciating pain! Got taken back almost right away but then sat in the chair for almost 2 1/2 hours until 2:20 when the doctor came in and told me I would have to come back another day because they were closing! Then made me pay for my visit! I am so mad, I am in so much pain, drove from San tan valley just to get it taken care of today and now have to wait till Monday! After my tooth is fixed I will never use comfort dental again! Most definitely will not be recommending!
