Not happy with this place. No one seems to know what's going on. Can't get a reminder card in the mail to get my check ups and dentist don't know what he's suppose to be doing... won't be back. Waited to long only to have Mr. Rude blame me because the other jackass didn't write any notes in my file. Never have I felt more un appreciated our un valued as a customer. They need to teach there dentist and staff how to treat their customers. DON'T GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!

Horrible service the receptionist was beyond rude and unprofessional. I came 30 mins away for their service and they failed to tell me that the doctor was out sick. When i went to reschedule she literally took a call and instead of putting then on a quick hold she continues to talk to them n help them first im beyond words for that lady. Never going back to this location!

I'm only putting one star because I have to! DO NOT allow them to pull any teeth unless you get a second opinion, as a matter of fact DONT EVEN COME HERE! Dr. Milled pulled 2 teeth from my daughter saying she couldn't get braces without them KNOWING she had no adult teeth coming in. I thought he was doing the right thing but now I'm seeing another dentist who was SHOCKED to see those teeth were pulled and now she will need veneers!!! I intend to take this to the highest level including a law suit of necessary.

I had a root canal done on June 14th and 3 weeks later went back for my permanent where i complained of pain to eating cold and hot. His assistant took x rays and told me it was cement in my teeth when he was removing and cleaning up my temporary crown. Dr came in didnt say a word about my x ray and put my crown on. then i go again August 8th to have them find out why im in more pain and called ahead and said i dont want to be billed and im not paying anymore money until u tell me whats wrong. so i go. and they bill my insurance. and he tells me some patients dont take to a root canal and might need surgery. So far from the truth. so September 4th comes and im in excruciating pain constantly now. I go to an endodontist of my choice and find out that my root canal was not done properly. it needed to be redone and because my insurance is now tapped out due to Dr i now have paid $1000.00 out of my pocket and find out he billed me for a filling i already had. So now my insurance has paid $1400.00 and ive paid $375.00 to him and now $1000.00 out of pocket for retreatment. I went to get my crown filled and find out its also not done properly so now I need to pay $1400.00 out of pocket for that. Im at $2800.00 out of pocket and my insurance is at $1400.00. This place is a joke and so is he. Very unprofessional when it comes to taking responsibility for mistakes. I couldnt eat for days or sleep. i was on pain pill and anitibiotics and lost wages from having to miss work to run around a deal with this. With no help from Comfort Dental. Please do not go here. His lack of concern has now cost me money and pain and put my family out.

My first visit was awesome very friendly staff. Big shout out to Marisol and christina, your customer service is above and beyond.sorry can not remember the dentist name but he was so compasonate. Highly recommended.also a big shout out to adrian always havin a great sense if humor and takin good care of me

All they want is money. They upsale everything even though people deny the service they won't just do what insurance covers they want to do extra stuff insurance doesn't cover it and once we told them we just want what the standard they SENT US HOME!, They also said we haven't been to the dentist in 2 years when we go every 6 months, They are very money hungry and part of there job is to upsale as much as they can horrible service WILL NOT BE BACK!

Things started out fine. They explained the cost, procedures needed etc.
Two failed root canals later.
They explained the cost and procedures to fix what they did wrong.
It was more than the original price.
When I complained they more or less told me to go away and not come back.
