Aspen Dental

Will I went for a check up knowing I had a few problems but nothing compared to what was really going on in my mouth. From start to finish everyone made my visit very pleasant. I have some problems with things on the lower teeth that really brother ne and she was great doing X-Rays. Well I will need more visits but I would recommend them to anyone. The Doctor n hygienist go over every step to make sure you understand everything.

Very unprofessional service. They often overbook their days so that you have to wait much longer than your appointment time. However, that's not the worst of it. We just had an appointment for our younger daughter set for 12pm today. She took off of work and we scheduled our day around it, so that my wife could drive her (she's only 17). They called the night before to confirm the 12pm appointment with us, leaving a voicemail--all was well. However, when we showed up, they proceeded to tell us we would have to reschedule because they sent a text at 7am the same day to reschedule us at 11:30, which we did not see. We're obviously not waiting at the edge of our seats for a reschedule text from the office when we already confirmed the correct 12pm time via phone call the night before. On top of that, the office staff was rude about the situation and told us that we would be wasting the dentists time. We've gone there with all six of our family members at different times. They've made a bunch of money off of us and our insurance over the years (more than $6k, easy). Never going back.

My experience at Aspen Dental in Prescott Valley was exceptional. I was seen after virtually no waiting time at all. Stephanie, who took the full mouth x-rays, which no one had successfully completed in over 15 years; was incredible and put me right at ease and successfully got all the x-rays. Dr Chan was awesome and very knowledgeable. Manager Kelli explained all my options and showed they truly have the customers best interest at heart. Amber, who performed my procedure, was gentle and caring to ensure I was doing fine every step of the way. This was, without a doubt, the best dental facility I have ever visited.

Had an emergency appointment with Dr. Sung and his team. They graciously treated me right away and with the best care! Thank you for being great at your jobs!

I loved Dr. Chan. She explained everything thoroughly and didn’t recommend unnecessary treatment but told me of treatment I’d be needing in the future. I also love Sam, the hygienist. I needed a deep cleaning and they got me in the same day. I was apprehensive but the cleaning wasn’t anymore painful than a regular cleaning, in fact not as painful as some of my cleanings in the past. They both had a cheerful personality and so did everyone I came in contact with. I so happy to have found them.

Had the deep deep cleaning today. I wasn't looking forward to it because I was told, by everyone, that it is painful. It was not. Ashley, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, was fast, funny, and really good at what she does. She made me feel completely comfortable. It was such a pleasure to be around her, that it made the experience fun, unbelievable. Oh ya, she even hums Disney tunes while she's working.

Very smart doctors but very very expensive. Not too sure how people afford going to a doctor and still afford to live.

Everyone is always smiling, friendly and helpful. The dentist's are top notch! They explain your procedure. They laugh with you and are such a joy to be around. The technicians are extremely good at their job. They are also friendly and engage in conversation with you! The women at the front desk are knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I have not had a bad experience since I started with Aspen Dental. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Prescott Valley!!! 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Very nice my first time seeing dentist ever made me feel comfortable!

LOVE, LOVE this dental office. I have been treated with kindness, sensitivity to my needs. I so appreciated being ASKED what I wanted versus being told what I needed to do. And my desire/wish for my dental health being respected! Amber is the dental hygienist that worked with me first...she is delightful, well informed and so very kind. Joie Williams is the office manager and she too treated both my husband and myself with respect (which was certainly returned to her). She outlined the treatment plan with ease and a great deal of knowledge. We are so pleased to be a part of the Aspen Dental Family!
