Aspen Dental in Prescott Valley took such great care of my father and I. The whole staff was very friendly. The Dr even called my father personally later that night to see how he was feeling because he had extractions. I definitely recommend Dr Valladares and his staff to everyone!

I just met Lisa today and she was great! Had great conversation with her (whenever possible during cleaning). You can tell her the port she stopped at in Guatemala was Puerto San Jose, I think. She was very professional and kept me informed about what was going on in my mouth.
Also, kudos to Dr. Chan who was also wonderful.

Big waste of time....staff were dismissive with the exception of Adrianna who was personable and friendly. Dr. V seemed okay as well.Wasted a few hours there. It took them 2 hours to do an x-ray and brief exam. They offered that for free... but quotes afterwards are WAY WAY higher... 3x higher than anywhere else Ive experienced. I also watched a poor elderly couple being treated with a rude dismissivness as well before my appointment. I should have taken that as a sign and left right then. They had a legitimate complaint that in my opinion they should have been seeing an attorney for but were treated with an offhanded rudeness. No thanks.

Recently moved to AZ. Dentures broke and drove 2 1/2 hours to Prescott Valley for denture repair. Dr. V was very accommodating and empathetic, office personnel friendly and office manager after hearing how far I drove even made sure I got in to see the dental hygienist who worked through her lunch to fit me in. Excellent repair job. Definitely would recommend!!

My wife and I had appointments for 9:30 and 10:45 am. Driving to appointment, I received a phone call at 9:05 am asking me where I was and informing me my appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am, and to hurry in. We arrived at 9:20 am and I was told that we could wait for my wife's appointment at 10:45 am, but that I lost my appointment and could be rescheduled 4 hours later. I showed them the email, sent by Aspen Dental, specifying a 9:30 am appointment and was told that was sent May 14 (for June 17appointment). I was told that I was texted a reminder, which I was, but there was no time specified in the text.
We will never go back to any business that makes mistakes and expects their customers to pay for them.

When I called to make an appointment she said I’d have to make 2 separate appointments, one for the exam and then come in again for a cleaning. I have been to several dentists and have never heard that. I explained with work and child care that I really needed it on the same day. She completely ignored me, started asking me irrelevant questions and pushing me into an appointment slot. I told her to slow down, I wasn’t ready to make the appointment and she said thanks for calling and hung up on me!

Kylie was my dental hygenist and she was amazing. Very kind, explained what she was doing throughout the procedure, professional and friendly. She removed stains on my teeth that had been there for years. I will be recommending to friends and family.
