Each time I have had a dental care need, everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the assistant to the dentist has been friendly, personable and as helpful as could be wished for. The service is always prompt, caring, and very thoughtful. My feelings, my finances, and my comfort have been considered carefully in each decision. I'm happy that An Elegant Smile is MY denistry office!

This was mine and my husband's first exam with Gentle Dental. The office staff was amazing along with my tech Addie, I believe her name is. My husband's tech was a young man, I didnt catch his name, but he was very friendly as well. While the service was outstanding the prices are not. We saw Dr. V, who was okay, but there was something off when he was discussing my dental plan with me. We have great insurance and they were going to charge me more then twice as much for dental work then anywhere else and there were a lot of things requested that I didn't need and never even heard of, as I have had a few different quotes from other dental facilities. We wont be returning for that reason unfortunately, but appreciate the friendly faces from the office staff and techs.

Not very impressed. Started going here about a year and a half ago. They started with the typical exam and x-rays. Next a cleaning. The Dr I saw the very first time was gone a month later. Next visit they said I needed a deep cleaning and 2 fillings. Ok. Did the deep cleaning and scheduled the fillings with the new Dr. She said I may need a crown on one of the teeth where the decay was a little deep. I agreed to have it filled instead. That tooth gave me grief for an entire year!! For months after the filling it hurt so bad I couldn't chew on that side at all. And cold or hot foods and drinks would send me through the roof! Went back in several times to have the filling 'adjusted' and after a couple weeks that Dr was gone and a new one tried adjusting it. I finally gave up and have lived with the discomfort all this time. I did have some gum restructure done and Dr Adashek was very good. That's about the only good thing I can say about this place. Good thing I had insurance although they kept billing the wrong company which I mentioned several times. I finally had to call their office and explain to them that I was getting a denial letter from a different insurance company each time I visited their office. After a year and a half I think they may have it right now! Sad thing is now they want another $160 from me. Not so sorry to say, I won't be going back!!

Went to Gentle Dental yesterday for my semi-annual cleaning. Lori, the hygienist, did a great job cleaning my teeth, providing feedback on what I was doing right in home care, and the current status of my overall dental health. She did a great job!

The best thing I ever did was change dentists!! I have not only saved a TON of money by being in this dental plan, the experience of going there SO GREAT. The reception...the wait time is nearly on the minute. The dentist is so happy & humorous AND there is no extra charge (like my old dentist) if he drops in after a visit with the Hygenist. And by the way....she is a treasure!!!

I have never felt more comfortable at the dentist, All of the staff are not only friendly but knowledgeable. Prompt, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Conversational! Who could ask for more?? I hope I never have to find another dentist or staff cause they are an A+ Team

I have been going here for 15 years and now I just changed because I don't like one of the new dentists. He was rude and would not do what I wanted done. It was only his way or nothing. I agree he might have thought the treatment was better, but I am the paying client and should be able to chose. Too many changes. i had Doctor Henrie for over ten years. Much nicer than.
