This place is amazing. The people who work here are kind and treat you with respect and compassion. I highly recommend going here. They talk you through everything and explain all procedures. I love it here! The staff greet me by name every time I go in and they're extremely patient with me and my fear of dentists. If your looking for a place to get work done on your teeth this is definitely the place to go.

I didn't have a very good experience dealing with the unprofessional people at the Broadway/ Wilmot office. I went in in pain and left just like I came. I have a prosthetic hip and wasn't given any antibiotics until the second visit.

During the second visit I was told that the tooth couldn't be saved by their endodontist, but after being numbed up by the regular dentist on the last shot he discovered that the tooth was infected and stopped the procedure , so I left numb and still in pain.

Finally, it has taken over a week to be refunded the nearly $1,700.00 that I was charged for nothing. They never told me that they were not in my insurer's network. Not a very good experience and I can't say that I would recommend them.

The dental hygienist was awesome (Lizeth), but the remainder of the visit was not. I was put on hold for 14 minutes when I called in to say I was running late, then when I arrived one of the staff members said "we need to collect $289 from you (for the cleaning), "then you can go on in" (to which I objected given that I use Care Credit), THEN at the end of the cleaning I was visited by a dentist I had not met before and we talked about a treatment plan for filing some small cavities that I had been waiting to hear about from Dr. Lee for three months since my last visit. When I went to pay for the cleaning with Care Credit at the end of this visit the lady at the desk attempted to add in the cost of this "treatment plan" to the billing on my credit card when I didn't even know how much it was going to cost (probably in the neighborhood of $2500), nor had I approved it in any way. I was stunned. I stopped her from doing that but she seemed discontented. I think this company is way over priced for its services, I think the staff is instructed to "sell dentistry", and is apparently also instructed to try to bill for services not yet rendered or even approved. The treatment plan this new dentist briefly talked to me about would not have occurred for at least four weeks, and no appointment had yet been set for this service. I am seriously considering looking for another dental facility, although I have been a patient at this facility for a year and a half.

The Dentist did a great job at fixing what I wanted done. I disagree with how they push extra options and make you prepay for future dental appointments and don’t tell you exactly what your paying for when you pay. You have to ask for a copy of a receipt and a break down. This is bad business to not inform a customer what they are paying for. Its sad that people accept this from any service.

I went to Aspen dental because I had a major sore tooth and they had free first exam with x-ray. They were extremely friendly, very helpful, I liked them very much but once the exam was finished it was very obvious that they did not care about the fact that I came in for an extraction, they wanted to sell me realignment, whitening, $14,000 worth of work, when I needed a $200 extraction. i’m not kidding they actually sat me down and gave me a quote for over $14,000 worth of work and proceeded to try to figure out the best way for me to pay for it and to explain in major detail how they were going to proceed. I had to stop them and say but that’s not what I came here for I thought I would not be leaving, as I was told when I came in, with no pain. I was under the impression that They would make sure no matter what I would not be hurting anymore. I will say, that once I finally almost threw a fit, The very nice finance woman, office manager, not sure what she was but she saw that I was about ready to blow, went and found someone and made sure that they understood that I needed help and I needed help that day. She went so far as to help us financially for just the $200. But bottom line, if I had not almost had a complete meltdown nothing would’ve happened and I would’ve gone home with only the promise of $14,000 work I could never afford. If you need basic dental work done find someone else these guys are a scam they work for the teeth whitening people realignment people whatever but they don’t work for us.As for me, when I decide to whiten my teeth even get the feelings that I need to have done I’ll find someone else. I’m not giving them another dime of my money or moment of my time.

Took my 9 year old son there for cavity pain. He was scared and the dentist was fantastic. So were the dental hygienist and assistants. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Definitely will be returning. Thank you!

The people at Aspen Dental on Broadway in Tucson Az are so amazing. Susana, my Hygienist in particular is an absolute joy to have doing my work. Always makes sure there is no pain and explains everything as she moves forward. As long as she remains with Aspen Dental, so will I. The rest of the team is also very professional and happy when I am there.

HelloTho Bro

I haven’t been to the dentist in 20 years and I’m glad I waited to find this place! I got free exam and X-ray, the wisdom tooth extraction was cheap too! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and the dentist was great, made me feel instantly comfortable with him. I am on day two and haven’t taken the pain meds yet and feel great! These people were so great, I was bummed out to leave!

My experience at Aspen Dental was wonderful. I can't think of anything they could do different. They were very accommodating when they found out that I live Mammoth. They put several of my appointments together so I didn't have return so frequently.

It was my first visit to the Dental Clinic and my first impressions were excellent. Very nice welcome by the front desk personnel and a very nice visit with Dr Jonathan. I requested the appointment for a second opinion regarding my failing implant denture. He recommended to me to go back the dentist who did the implants, something which was appreciated.

It was greatly appreciated also when I asked for payment and I was told “Nothing”.

Thanks!
