Looking for a new Dentist in Tucson, and considered trying Aspen again. Unfortunately, my poor experiences with their branch in Prescott Valley prevents me from doing so. A$pen is all about the bottom line, expensive and the work I had done was low quality and caused me grief down the road. I don't recommend.

Could have used educational brochures in the waiting room explaining procedures. Overall a very pleasant experience...at the Dentist...I know, right?

I broke a tooth. The dentist told me I needed a filling but had time to prep for a crown. With the cost of a crown, a filling seemed better. After applying a filling, I was informed that it was just a temporary fix and the filling would come off at any time. A permanent repair would involve a crown. I feel that a more detailed explanation would have helped me make an informed decision. This way I wasted the cost of my filling.

After not being able to go to the Dentist because I had no insurance I had to select a new Dentist group from my insurance list and chose Aspen Dental.I am so glad I did because I had an appointment the following day and got treated. The whole staff was so nice and friendly!Dr Martin was very sweet and assured me they would take care of me and they did!Karla the Hygienist was supper nice and also has great bed side manners. This is now my new Dentist Group and I am very happy I chose them!

This place was a joke! The dentist recommended that I have a 4 quad scale and root planing without ever picking up a dental tool or ever even looking at my X-rays or in my mouth! I was a dental hygienist for 5 years and that is unheard of. A dentist should always look at gum tissue, plaque/tartar build up, dental pockets, etc before determining the best treatment. This was not done. So unprofessional! Please don't waste your time going here. It's not worth it. It is just about the money😟

Unequivocally the worst dental experience I've ever had. I'm placing 2 stars instead of one because if you have a dental emergency, they will see you and help you very quickly. There is genuine care from the dentists and office workers however if you need routine services, avoid them completely if possible.
I was needing a cleaning, a pretty simple procedure and this office misled me and wanted to charge over $1200 after insurance! I did not know that this price was wildly outrageous and other offices will do this for a fraction of the price. After finding out I was being taken advantage of, I cancelled my other appointments, so two months later I get a bill in the mail for additional fees that they tacked on. They are stating my insurance is not covering these basic items that are almost $100, but they are refusing to waive those charges.
If you care about your wallet and don't want to spend thousands of dollars for basic services, go elsewhere.

Great experience. The office is very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and comprehensive while explaining the next steps in my treatment plan. They also provided a very detailed estimate explaining how much my treatment is going to cost. They also provide us with flexible payment options. Overall, very very satisfied with my experience at Aspen Dental at the Wilmot Plaza in Tucson. And I definitely look forward to my upcoming dental procedure appointments which is not something people look forward to usually. So I think that really says a lot about my experience at the clinic. Definitely recommend this Dental practice to everyone looking for a new dentist or looking for a change of dentist.
