First and foremost great service! the doctors were all kind, including the front desk. Would definitely recommend!!!!

I had not been to a dentist in about 6 years due to no insurance. I went to another place first to a get a price on a cleaning and filling. Old filling feel out.
The other place wanted 3200 cause I have no insurance. Did not qualify for that places discount plan or their insurance plan.
Went to Broadway smiles and saw Dr Hanna . He was great and walked my through everything. got a price of 1800 that was for the cleaning and filling and a new mouth guard.
I signed up for the help plan they have there and got it for 850. The staff was great. Answered all my question was very friendly. I will be going back there and recommend this place, Dr Hanna, and Fransico for the cleaning.
Dora was great in helping with joining there plan and informing me about all the payment plan information.

This review is not for the dentist of the hygienist because actually both of them I really liked. This is review is for whoever is in charge of appointments and scheduling.
Couple of months ago I arrive at to my appointment and am told I no longer have an appointment although I had made it months in advance. I was told I didn't confirm the appointment but actually showed them the email where I did most certainly confirm the appointment. I was a bit puzzled why they would just cancel appointments without telling me and was advised going forward they would mark I preferred to be contacted email as I work and didn't want to miss a call from them.
Fast forward to my next appointment.... It was today. Earlier in the week they were calling me multiple times which was somewhat annoying as I was trying to work, and we had previously discussed email being preferred contact. I took off work give them a callback and was asked could I move my 11 appt to 1130 for today. I said sure, no problem. Today I show up and again there is not appt. I guess something happened after that and again they cancelled and failed to actually notify me, so I wasted another day only to get there and be sent away.
Although I really like the dentist I will have to change because I can't quit working to take their multiple calls and they may cancel without notice at any time.
The lady said she was sorry, but this is twice in a row this has happened and very unprofessional. My time is important and a simple email or even voice mail saying you cancelled my appointment rather than having me drive over and wait is unacceptable

My trip to Broadway Smiles completely changed my attitude towards going to the dentist. I've had traumatizing situations in the past with dentists and my appointment at Broadway Smiles was such a redeeming experience. I was extremely anxious and vocalized my fears to them and their response was exactly what I needed. Everyone on their team were so involved with making sure I was comfortable, from the receptionist, to the doctor and everyone in-between. They talked me through every step so there were no surprises which brought my anxiety from a 10 to a 2. I cant express enough how grateful I am to have found this dental office with such a supportive and professional staff. Their care and compassion for what I was going through was really healing for me. I cried tears of gratitude while I was there because their treatment was so loving. They even gave me a blanky because I was cold during the dental work. Their team used a lot of numbing agent on my gums, which was a game changer. I really appreciate the extra mile they went to make sure I was comfortable. They even have a CareCredit where you can pay 0 interest for up to 24 months to help pay for procedures. I want to thank everyone on their team from the bottom of my heart. I never thought I would say this but.... I am looking forward to going back in a few months.

I had my first visit here on 12/13/2020 with Dr. Hannah for a cavity filling. I was extremely impressed with ALL staff. From Dara at the front desk, the dental hygienist (sorry I forgot your name), and to all the dental assistants especially Tara and Michele. Everyone was relaxed, nice, and eager to do a good job. I felt really taken care of. This dentist office will walk you through EXACTLY what you will be paying for. I appreciated that since I was nervous of the money I’d be paying out of pocket.

I can’t say this enough: If you hate the dentist, this is the dentist office for you. I walked out loving having my teeth taken care of.

They are always accepting new patients!

I first went to Broadway Smiles last December and my experience was great. Lily my hygienist was very thourough with my treatment - let me know how to better improve my cleaning routine and her suggestions worked well. I had a better visit last week. Dr. Kim was also awesome. He let me know straight up what I needed and why - no beating around the bush. I especially liked that he listened to my concern about an area and he took the time to to really look at the area to exam it closer. Everyone I have come in contact with at the office during my 2 visits there has been friendly and courteous.

I have been to several dentist offices since moving to Tucson 6 years ago. Broadway smiles is by far the best. Dr. Kim was incredible and provided me with excellent work and great advice for maintaining my dental health. My hygienist CJ worked diligently to polish my teeth and also helped me with tricks and tips to keep my teeth looking pearly white. The dental assistants were also professional and helpful. I have had a crown and an inlay done here and the prices were competitive but I received a superior outcome. I would recommend the services of Broadway smiles to anyone in need of a dental care. They are Excellent!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! BEST DENTIST and Service in MANY years! Dr. Hanna, Tara, Fernando and his team are professional, calming, and incredibly teamwork oriented! I have been to places where the staff bicker right next to you but this team kept everything light spirited and professional. Their safety and sanitary protocols are excellent! I am a former 1st Responder and saw only best practices in health and safety. They handled a lot of overdue work for me in a short timeframe! SUPER JOB with the work and the prices were very fair. I had priced another dentist prior to coming to Broadway Smiles and I am thankful I found this team instead! They even have alternatives for payment that most don't offer or allow. As a single mom, I am thankful that they had payment options! I had nothing but an EXCEPTIONAL experience here. If you or someone had a bad experience, I cannot imagine why because they did everything perfect for myself and my son.

Friendly and helpful, good quality work. Dr Hanna is the best! The front desk ladies know me by name and are super nice! The insurance billing specialist (forgot her name, sorry!) was also very helpful she explained everything to me before doing any unauthorized procedures like some reviews claim. (and had me sign that I understood them)

Dr. Hanna listens to concerns and offers suggestions but you never feel like you’re being duped or being told you need something you don’t. The tech and hygienist were also kind and listened to concerns.
