Broadway Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

Great dentist office, great for taking care of everything. Follow ups have always been available ASAP and I rarely if ever wait when I have an appointment, I was always used to the show up and wait method of dentistry, this place has changed my mind. They are always quick and efficient and make sure that I am happy before I leave their offices. They also worked with me on a payment plan as I was looking at a very large bill and couldn't pay it all up front and they worked out a payment plan for me.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this amazing Dentistry business! I was in excruciating pain to the point of crying when I called Broadways Smiles Dentistry and spoke to the sweetest last Bri. Within second of hearing my voice and the tears I was holding back she got me RIGHT IN! She sent me all new patient paperwork I was able to fill out on me way in. With Covid-19 they are taking extra processions when you get there! I was taken right back when I arrived and was talked threw Everything from start to finish! Not having insurance at this time they WORKED WITH ME! They have made it affordable for me to get taken care of and leave pain free! Dr. Kim is beyond amazing! He makes sure you have all your options and talks you threw everything step by step! He’s the best person I’ve ever had numb me! Barely felt it! He and Cassandra, the dental assistant, worked so well together while during my procedure. Cassandra was so sweet and attentive to me before after and during. Alondra, the billing lady, was also very helpful at getting me set up with payment plans! She talked threw all my options and made sure I was understanding of everything! I can’t say enough amazing things about everyone here!! They have me as a new patient and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Everyone should come here for there dental needs!!!! Thank you all sooooo much! I appreciate you all!

Had an awesome first experience at Broadway Smiles! The office is nice coming into and the new patient paperwork was all electronic on an ipad. They even had video games in the waiting room. Insurance paperwork was smooth thus far.

The digital x-rays were cool and more comfortable than the old ones. Rachal did an awesome job with my cleaning and Dr. Hanna walked me through everything in an easy to understand way (I am an engineer so I asked lots of questions).

Way better than my last dentist!

These guys are great! I had an emergency and they got me in before noon the same day and within a couple hours i was headed home. No soreness the next day and no ridiculous bill.
They take the time to inform you of your options and genuinely care. Dr Mari, Tara and the rest of the staff are the best!

I need to say that the dental practitioners here are very good. I enjoyed the service I got from them so far.
However, the appointment scheduling at this place is horrible. For instance, I schedule an appointment for 08/06/2018 and they entered 11/06/2018 instead.
When they did give me an appointment I had to wait more than 2 hours in the lobby before they took me in. The worse part was they forgot to add cleaning to my appointment and they made me come the following day for that. I went 30 minutes early to my appointment hoping that they would take me in on time for 11 am appointment; but at 11:45am (as I am writing this review) I’m still waiting for them to call me in.
All in all, I’d not recommend Broadway Smiles Dentistry based on the experience I had so far.

WORST DENTIST EVER
This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. The dentist was very very rude. He did not follow the treatment plan and then his hygienist broke 3 of my teeth. The dentist refused to help me when I came back to show him what had happened. This office overcharges people like crazy to pay for their “top of the line” equipment. When my son got his wisdom teeth out, they charged me over $600 above what is usual and customary without telling me first. I have never met a more unprofessional dentist in my life.

Avoid this Dentist at all costs. I would sue him but all dentists stick together so people can’t get an expert witness in court.

If the front office staff are an example of how this office works then, we will be finding a new dentist.
This is out first time here! If you don't explain how your procedures work then how do expect new patients to know. Not my fault your too busy on the phones!
Not a good first visit...

I had an amazing experience with Broadway Smiles with Dr. Kim. For being a new customer, I was slightly nervous but they made sure I felt comfortable. All the employees were so sweet and my Dentist was amazing. I recommend Broadway Smiles!

I highly recommend this dental office! The office is clean and the staff is friendly! I usually don't like going to the dentist but everyone there makes it a great experience. I never have to wait long either. My dental hygienist November does a great job and always makes me feel comfortable! She always takes the time to answer any questions I have. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

This is hands down one of the best medical facilities I have been in. Honestly, it had been quite some time since I had visited a dentist, causing apprehension for the initial appointment. For starts, the ladies at the front desk were over the top kind and thoroughly explained everything I was signing. The tech/assistant who did my XRays also explained everything in detail to ensure I understood. The hygenist went above and beyond with her initial inspection as well the scaling and root planning. She found out my family was getting stationed in another state and had the ladies up front find the closest office to my new home to transfer all files, ensuring a smooth transition. The dentist couldn't have been more friendly. He showed me step by step, on the laptop, my X-rays and a plan for the future. The following week (today) I had my wisdom teeth removed. The surgeon came in and made sure all my questions were answered and gave me the rundown. The surgeon also called my house later in the evening to check in, see if there were more questions, and over all ensure my well being, Also, I had to bring my children (ages 6 and 3) to tag along at my first two appointments (prior to oral surgery). Every single person in the office was extremely accommodating and so sweet to my kids. They even turned on Disney JR (with my permission) in the same room I was in to keep them entertained. I couldn't say enough good things about my experiences with this office. Oddly enough, I discovered I really love going to the dentist and am quite disappointed our move is taking us away from this wonderful staff.
