My first and last experience with this facility was for a root canal last year. I called recently because something was very wrong with that tooth and I was experiencing significant nerve pain. I was told I would have to wait a week to be seen. I couldn't wait! It was a dental emergency! I felt like I was an inconvenience to the receptionist. I ended up receiving an emergency appointment from another facility to drill through my new root canal, into my jaw and clear out the infection. They filled my jaw and tooth with medication after thoroughly washing and sanitizing the area. I called Gentle Dental and left a voicemail asking for an appt to permanently recap my crown and let them know about the infection. Nothing. Messaged for an appointment online explaining what I needed and what had happened. No reply. When I finally got an appointment, again- no empathy from the staff. I have asked if they have any policies or warranties for their work, especially if within a years time- still don't know but honestly I am not comfortable going back.

Irina did an exceptional job on my deep cleaning! Her injections were painless, and she was amazing! The assistant Solange was very gentle with my X-rays and Dr Osmun is just a great dentist. Thank you Gentle Dental 🙂

Had to replace my old crowns on my upper front teeth. Scheduled it perfectly with lab, office and me. Couldn't be more pleased with the final results, match my teeth perfectly, just in time for Thanksgiving!

I saw Dr James Osman. and Solonge. He was amazing! My tooth extraction was painless and actually pretty fast too. Solange helped understand the procedure. She knew I was in pain and was gentle with exrays. I'm so thankful for their skill and kindness. Thank you so much

We can't compliment Gentle Dental enough. I've never enjoyed dental appointments, but now actually look forward to visiting Laura every three months because of the excellent, gentle, and attentive care I receive. Both my spouse and I have always come away greatly pleased with the care we receive; and our dental health has improved by leaps and bounds. We would recommend Gentle Dental to anyone who truly values his/her smile and overall health. Remember: the first step to excellent overall health is maintaining excellent overall dental health.
