Gentle Dental Broadway

I always have a great experience here at Gentle Dental Broadway! Reception is very friendly and knowledgeable, you are greeted with a smile as soon as you enter the lobby. Deja helps me understand the price for my treatment based off of my insurance. Dr.Osmun is very gentle and thorough, and makes sure I understand everything that is going on and how I can fix it. I always look forward to seeing my hygienist Irina! She is kind and funny, has me laughing the whole time. Debbie, the manager, is top notch and clearly runs a tight ship! Thank you all for helping me accomplish my oral health goals! Highly recommend!

The team is nice, however they regularly move/cancel my appointment times with little warning. Recently I had an appointment and when I arrived I was told that they had tried to call me to reschedule my appointment a few days ago but I never spoke to them. Instead of trying to contact me again I arrived and found out my appointment was cancelled. They informed me that I could do the next morning, which I couldn't take due to work obligations, so they gave me the next available appointment which is 4.5 months later...

I think I'll be looking for a more reliable dental practice.

I have a lot of anxiety in a normal time but these COVID times are worse. In this office everyone was topnotch. They really care about your comfort level and helping you through it. They do great work too. I'm very happy I chose this office.

I have only been once since I've just switched dentist. The staff was friendly and caring and Dr. Osmun is really great! Going to the dentist gives me so much anxiety so.. I want to just say a special thank you to Mario for comforting me when i was nervous and almost and tears. I am impressed with your service. :)

Dentists and techs were great with me and my children. Unfortunately, their office staff gave me nothing but issues. From horrible hold times on the phone when scheduling to cancelling an appointment without notice to taking more than nine months to process my refund for an overpayment. I can't recommend this office based on my interactions.

I'm surprised to be able to say that I had a great experience getting a root canal and crown. I expected to experience a lot of pain since that what we always hear, so I was really nervous about it. My Dentist and her assistant were very patient and reassuring with me and made sure I didn't experience any pain. They're my new Dentist from now on.

I have been going to this office for about ten years now. Dr. Osmun is a great dentist who always takes time to be sure I understand what my situation is and what needs to be done. Irine is a terrific hygienist who is always friendly.The front staff has always been friendly and professional. I recommend this office highly.

Getting work done gentle dental at Broadway location was a wonderful experience from the front desk greeting to back office management. The dr. Was super nice the customer service was fantastic Julie greeted me at the front was super nice…the place was
Clean and on top of Covid protocol the manager Mari was there and making sure it was all running smoothly..I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else…

The Office Mgr attempted to get me to pay out-of pocket for an exam and X-rays as a new patient instead of filing the claim with my insurance. I know I would of been billed for what I’m responsible for, if any. They focused on me coming from another dental office (which I didn’t disclose to them), instead of doing their job of accepting a new patient. I have one exam, cleaning, and x-ray left this year (checked remaining coverage after leaving office) I didn’t understand the complication, so I left and scheduled elsewhere. I couldn’t help but feel shady intentions from the staff there.

Quick and friendly! Had 3 teeth extracted and didnt feel a thing and was finished in 19 minutes. All the staff was friendly and I appreciate that they are non judgemental when it comes to insecurities about your teef
