Walked in on Saturday appointments only. I walked in asked about emergency appointments. Front desk was very friendly and very accommodating. They fit me in and calmed me . My fear of the dentist maybe a thing of the past with these folks. Thank you ! Outstanding office.

You should call your insurance before agreeing to any service performed at this office.
They reviewed my coverage and performed a service that they said was covered, but later discovered it wasn't covered by my insurance company.
I ended up getting a call to inform me that I had a remaining balance. I called my insurance agent and was told that the service performed was not covered and that I was responsible for the balance.
Now Dentists of Vail are hiding behind the scammer line "you signed, so now you are responsible."
No one agrees to pay an unknown future amount for a service that you are told will cost you a specific amount.
They quoted me a number and I ended up paying hundreds more due to their incompetence.
These people seem friendly, but it's a mask to hide an ugly practice.
