Dentists of Vail

Finally secured visits for my family at this location and couldn’t have been more pleased. Staff is friendly and helpful. Technicians seem knowledgeable and their use of the most advanced equipment assures you’re getting top notch service. Most paperwork and even check in can be handled digitally and in advance, saving time! And it’s location in Vail, in the Safeway shopping center is perfect! Convenient and if you’re lucky enough to be seen in the back corner room you’ll have a fabulous view during your visit!!

Dr Patel and his staff are professional and friendly. They have a wonderful manner that makes u comfortable in and out of the chair. I've had a deep clean and several teeth fixed. I'm a new resident to Vail and highly recommend Dr Patel.

I am blown away by Dentists of Vail! I have had such an amazing experience here. I have some dentist stress so I always get really nervous, but they make me feel calm, safe, and respected. I am so grateful to have finally found a dentist that I can totally trust that is affordable and kind.

I’m impressed every time I come here. I’ve been multiple times establishing each family member. Front desk is always welcoming with a bright smile, sometimes wearing a tiara! Katrina, the hygienist, treats you like a friend and Dr. Patel helps you feel comfortable and even lets you get to know a little about him during your initial visit. Dentists of Vail has made a good impression and they definitely fit in to this community.

This dental office, particularly Dr. Patel "treated my cavity" when he actually created a bigger problem and the office would not get me into see the dr for another 10 days. The Dr. did not even call in a prescription when knowing this was likely leading to an infection. When finally seeing Dr. Patel the office then over bills much higher than my insurance tells them that I owe. I then had to see the endodontist who informed me that I barely made it in time to save my teeth from dying. This office is awful and clearly needs more training in how to properly care for patients as well as making patients that Dr. Patel has seen a priority if patient leaves in a worse situation than they were prior to Dr. Patel "treating" them.

I would not even give 1 star but the review requires it in order to post.

Pleasantly surprised! Very nice office staff, professional and welcoming. Clean and new establishment with the latest technology. My 5 year old went straight to the play area in the waiting room and loved the computer games. This was her first time to the dentist office and everyone made her feel special. She had a great experience.

I had a dental issue happen at lunch yesterday, my filling broke. I called my dentist in Tucson and he was booked out till 1st of October. I happened to be at the bank in Vail and noticed a dental office next door. Decided to see if any openings and Heather the office mgr got me right in the next day! Without writing a book I can honestly say Dr Patel exceeded my expectations and his staff too! I will be coming back and I have already told 3 friends about you and texted them your card. Thank You!

Everything is explained in great detail. No hidden fees or surprises what you see is what you get. And the time frame to have it done is up to you.

Wonderful experience from appointment making to addressing my specific dental issues! (This was my first visit btw). Ease of appointment making. Friendly, knowledgeable gal that did my xrays. Doctor took him time, I felt he cared about my dental health. My hygienist did a fantastic job, my teeth feel the best they’ve felt in 5 years! I have high dental anxiety, believe me....wonderful experience!!
