This office staff was absolutely amazing, professional and friendly for me as an out of towner. I desperately needed same day visit and the staff worked hard to fit me in. Shana was pleasant and nice, Dr Tommy was awesome. He listened to me carefully and was solid in his work. I will certainly go back for more work on my teeth when needed. FYI I am married to a dentist and this was not my first rodeo with dentists!

I love Dr. Tommy Farris and Lindsey! When starting my treatment I had so much anxiety about dentistry, they fixed that! Now I go in feeling relaxed and comfortable. I would and have recommended this office to everyone. My husband sees Dr. Tommy and Lindsey and when our daughter is born she will as well. When Dr. Tommy explains things he does so a way that shows he truly cares about you and your dental health. Lindsey is especially caring and positive I look forward to her calming warm presence whenever I go in. I could not ask for a more dedicated team.

Tommy is the best dentist I have ever had. Friendly, and you don't feel a thing! All of the receptionists and hygienists are wonderful as well. Update: I have been going here for several years now. Our family loves it so much that we have talked extended family members into also going to Nelson. Everyone is kind, caring and professional. I always thought all DDS offices were basically the same. Nelsen Family Dentistry is near the hospital, and from the outside I was figuring more of the same. Then I went in and was blown away. Inside is completely updated. Everything very professional, sleek and clean. The staff nice, helpful and friendly.
What really impressed me was the technology. They took my x-rays using a futuristic machine right out of Star Trek. Instant 3D images. No biting down on painful films.
As for treatment, John is a great dentist. He fixed my broken tooth quick and painlessly. Every other time I've had a filling, I've had go back to get more grinding. Not this time...they nailed it in one shot.
I'm actually looking forward to getting my next filling!
