Office was very friendly. Dr. Limhengo was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor, as did his financial-office manager, Michael. Michael was very good about dealing with a dental emergency and my insurance issues which were a real headache. He was very patient with me. Other staff I encountered was friendly. Décor was very nice, humorous, and set one at ease. There was a beautiful cat book on the counter and lots of magazines to read while waiting. This was my first visit to this practice and I was unsure of what the experience would be like; I was happily surprised.

Dr. Limhengco is THE BEST dentist I have ever had for my family (and we've been through our share)... He is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to his work and for the younger children, he is always extremely patient, kind-hearted and confidence inspiring. Smile makers has always been extremely fair with their billing which is FAR more then I can say for so many of the other dental offices in Chico who are always trying to make an extra buck at every turn. Most of all, I just wanted to comment on how good he is with children. My kids have had so many bad experiences, even with pediatric specialists but they all love Dr Limhengco. Plus, we always ended-up paying hundreds of dollars above what our insurance costs for each procedure with the others. With Smile Makers, it's extremely rare that a procedure costs us anything aside from what insurance is charged. I would give them six stars if I could!!! I know he travels from Sacramento and I just always pray that he keeps his Chico office open!!!

Got a partial denture and 2 teeth pulled from this dentist. The partial did not fit properly. (the cast was taken before the teeth were taken out and swelling went down.) When I went in for my third ajustment they told me I was wrong, it fit properly and I did not know what was going on in my own mouth. I went to a dental school in San Francisco, they told me everything I knew. The partial was improperly made the cast should have gotten made after the theeth were pulled, and the $1,500 I paid for it was thrown in the garbage along with the partial. Staff was rude and incorrect, prices were too high, and the overall experience was humiliating. I do not recomend comming here and I will never return.

Absolutely the worst service EVER! Don't waste your time! They even refused to fax my dental records to my new dentist! I'm so disgusted with this place!
