David S. Kao DDS

I became a patient of Dr. Kao at the recommendation of another dentist who did not specialize with my current dental problems.
From my initial visit, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competent staff (Beth and Liz) and the pleasant, immaculately clean and modern environment & equipment of the office itself.
Dr. Kao took the time to fully examine and analyze my dental problems. He thoroughly explained to me the issues, discussed my treatment options at length and laid out a plan, both dental and financial, so I can make an independent judgement and, did not pressure me at all.
I am extremely scared of needles and injections and, he and his assistant really took the time to talk to me and calm my nerves. Over time, he has performed a couple of procedures including a bone graft and a complicated implant and each time I had almost totally pain-free dentistry considering how complicated each procedure was.
After treatment, Dr. Kao personally called me to follow-up on how I was feeling. He has a genuine concern and dedication to his patients well-being.
Words cannot describe how happy I am with the results. He recreated my smile and brought back my self-confidence.

I cannot thank Debbie enough for somehow managing to convince Dr. Kao, et al., to see me in spite of his solid schedule. I'm a new patient and had a cracked molar needing extracting.. Dr. Kao is, in my opinion, a dental genius! I am so appreciative of his cool demeanor before and during my procedure. It was literally over in maybe 30 seconds. I cannot thank him enough.

It's hard to be objective because Joy spotted a growth during her routine cancer screen and no one knows what could have happened to me if she did not show her persistent, consistent diligence. I can objectively say that Debbie has never failed to greet me with a smile and always leaves a message prior to an appointment. (She called last week and a computer left a message on the Sunday before my Monday visit.) The back office has never failed to properly contact my insurance. The office has always been sterile, everything that can be touched is covered and the covers disposed after each patient. The workers wore masks AND shields in the past but they have stepped up their game. All patients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms, two huge jugs of hand sanitizer are in the waiting room, marked off for social distancing and extra air filtration units are in the rooms. During the procedures a nozzle is brought in that creates a negative pressure to remove possible aerosols. I noticed that Dr Kao put on a brand new heavy duty disposal coat on when he saw me. Dr Kao sent me some supplies while we were waiting for the office to open. This is a practice that I would highly recommend.

This was my fist visit to Dr. Kao”s office and I was very pleased that I didn’t have to wait at all past my appointment time. I was very pleased with my dental care and would recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Kao and staff are incredible. I’m a total wimp when it comes to dental procedures, and Dr. Kao is able to put me at ease with his expertise and patience. Will only go to him for periodontal care.

Dr. Kao and his assistant Beth are the best in the business!! He performed two complicated implants for me which included a bone graft. He explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. Beth is very sweet and has excellent follow-up. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

New patient during this current pandemic. I reached out via email and was able to schedule an appointment that same day to be seen 2 days later. My visit was successful, fast and most of all, i felt really taken cared of. Thank you!
