Dr. Kao and his staff are amazing!! I've never had such a pleasant experience at dentist/periodontist's office..
I woke up one morning thinking that my face was run over by a bus but lo and behold, my wisdom tooth decided to grow in with a vengeance!
Dr. Kao was very accomodating and managed to squeeze me in immediately. I was greeted and taken care of as soon as I walked in the door and the best part? Dr. Kao handled everything so efficiently, calmly and effectively that I forgot that he was basically yanking an unwelcomed tooth out!
:) 3 days later, I have a fat and pain-free smile on my face! Thank you Dr. Kao (along with Beth, Liz and Alex) for the good vibes and warm service!

As usual, Dr. Kao and all his team are impeccable in all aspects of the consultation: from the courteous, kind and welcoming way I was greeted on arrival by the receptionists, the respect and consideration for my time ( I was seen by Dr. Kao almost immediately), to the consultation in itself, when Dr. Kao, after my examination, explained very clearly and in detail what procedures are necessary and doable in my dental situation/ case.

Dr kao is extremely good , I was very comfortable with the process after he answered all questions and concerns that I had in mind , he was following up with me after the surgery through phone and was very responsive when I needed him even after hours , however from a pricing perspective the financial department were over charging to maximize insurance money and unfortunately I had to pay extra out of pocket and I strongly believe that I was over charged . Regardless Dr kao is highly recommended
