Staff is great and Carmen is always very kind and very helpful with any questions me and my family may have . Procedure went smooth and already on my way to fully healing .

I've been a client for about 4yrs now. The staff are always helpful, kind, and pleasant to work with. They always greet you on arrival and make sure to greet you on departure. I admit I always have a sense of dread going to dentist - ever since being a child all the way through my adulthood - and to have dental professionals who don't just give you the doom and gloom but praises for your part in oral care is such a lovely feeling. My dental hygienist, Karleta was gentle and attentive. To the dentist Dr. Chun (hope I spelled it correctly) who made sitting in her chair such pleasantries. I'm very happy to continue to be a patient with Dr. Laska's office.

I had a great experience with the staff and the dentists. My waiting time was extremely short. They took care of a very deep cavity and broken tooth. I didn’t have any pain afterwards. They explained me the process and the results. I highly recommend to visit Dr Laska and his staff.

I told them about a loose tooth I was concerned with. The first response was,”Don’t wiggle it”. Three months later I went in for a cleaning and mentioned my loose tooth again. They took an X-ray and told me that I was being referred to an endodontist. I go up to the front desk to schedule an appointment and they wanted to verify that I was getting a root canal on two of my front teeth. I told them no, that’s not correct, because there was no mention of a root canal. The front desk confirmed and said yes, I was getting two root canals and two crowns on my two front teeth. The dentist didn’t have any consideration to tell me what was going on for such a big ordeal. I would not recommend this dentist at all. The thought never occurred to them that this would be something that I needed to know. I’ve already reached out to another dentist to get another opinion. I will be paying out-of-pocket, but using mid Wilshire dentistry is the wrong choice. They do not care about their patients and you should not trust them with your teeth, just because they accept your insurance. Pick another dentist.

Update: 06/30/2022

I went to another dentist and got a second opinion. The new dentist told me there was absolutely no reason for a root canal on my two front teeth and was shocked that someone would tell me that. The issue was that my bottom teeth were hitting my top teeth and it was fixed in 5 minutes.

One tooth that mid Wilshire dentistry did a filling on wasn’t filled completely. Turns out that there is a gap between the filling and my tooth, causing the cavity underneath to get larger which led to needing an onlay since the cavity got too big. My new dentist had to redo another filling because it was not filled correctly. They also missed a filling that was cracked in half. On top of that, a tooth they did a root canal on isn’t straight. Now I need more work done to fix their negligence. I regret going there.

My regular cleaning experience was efficient and thorough. I was actually called in before my appointment time. I recalled from my last visit that I was due for X-rays on this visit. The hygienist checked my file and confirmed that. When my cleaning was done, I was accompanied to another room for the X ray. I have to say, I waited for quite a long time before getting the X ray. There was another fairly long wait before a final quick look from Dr. Laska. I believe he was recommending bonding again, but I’m not sure I heard well. I only realized that at the appointment desk where I had more difficulty understanding what the receptionist was saying.

I've been coming here for years and I've always had a great experience.

My previous dentist before coming here was rude and judgemental (I love caramel and I hate flossing, sorry) but I don't get that at all from any of the staff. Though they do remind me to floss more, they're never mean about it 🤓

They're very upfront about information, treatments and pricing. They have an in-house financing person (please don't ask me their official job title 😆) who will help you with bigger costs and financing options.

They have a really solid system to remind you about upcoming appointments, both through text and actual human calls. And the front desk staff is friendly and always remembers to offer parking validation (cuz I always forget😄)

I’ve been coming to this dentist since I was a child. I trust the work they do. Have had multiple procedures done here from fillings, to root canals, extractions, and Invisalign. Doctors and staff are excellent. Plenty of dentals services offered.

Been coming here for years! Barbara is the very BEST dental hygienist EVER! And Dr. Abraham is an absolute delight! Dr. Laska is always awesome and onows how to surround himself with a great team! They validate parking too!
