Very professional and clean dental office. Got my k9 tooth implant done with minimal pain and discomfort. So painless I didn't even know it was done. Afterwards the Dr and staff gave me detailed info on how to care for my surgery site while it healed. Will definitely be going back for all future dental work. Thank you Stonebrook you made my experience as pleasant as a tooth implant can possibly be!

The doctors and staff at Stonebrook Dental are awesome! I don’t love going to the dentist, but they really make me feel comfortable so I don’t mind coming in when I need to :D And most importantly they do a great job!

Office staff was very friendly and kind. I had a wonderful experience with the hygienist, Franny made sure I was comfortable at all times and made sure I understood what to expect from my exam and plan moving forward. It was nice not to be judged, I must admit I have had years of not seeing a dentist and was very scared to come in. The dental office itself is very clean and modern, I felt very safe there as they are taking all precautions due to COVID-19.

Despite the long drive from my residence, I still insist on having my dental work done here. The staffs are wonderful and compassionate. Dr Patel and Dr Shane are really good dentists. The reminders and follow up texts to ensure you are doing well after a procedure portrays they are truly interested in my dental wellbeing. I would recommend his place to family and friends.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist and I used to change dentist every other year because I never felt comfortable at prior dentist offices. Stonebrook gave me a totally new outlook on going into the dentist. The front staff always provides excellent customer service and always makes me feel comfortable. The dentist seems to get to the root of the problem without trying to get over. If you haven't had good experiences with going to the dentist I definitely recommend you trying Stonebrook!

My experience at Stonebrook Dental has always been very pleasant. Dr.Patel and his whole team at Stonebrook Dental are always very friendly and professional. I have recommend lots of friends and family members as well and they have always thanked me for it .

This may not be a statement of fact for every patient, it is solely my opinion and experience. I really wish I had a great experience to share, but mine was not so great.

I would strongly recommend taking the good reviews here with a grain of salt. I have learned the hard way that getting a lowered standard of care is a possible result for having opinions and speaking up when something is wrong. Leave your freedom of speech at the door folks.

Here's how my visit went: I came in, filled out paperwork waited 30 minutes past my appointment time to be "seen". Spoke about dental issues very briefly. Dr. Patel looked in my mouth for maybe 5 seconds, and was promptly referred to another dentist. The majority of my time was not spent on dental related issues. I didn't even get to explain most of the pertinent information. Time was spent receiving an unprofessional and very bizarre lecture like I was a small child. I was more or less reprimanded for speaking up about an incorrect quote and not being able to come in for multiple followups because I was traveling across the country for work on nearly a weekly basis! I had to explain this repeatedly. Why? Perhaps asking about ones current schedule would have been a better way to address this. There was a very belittling talk given on how respect works. The doctor was enthusiastic about having a patient need to come in 11 times to get treatment. I understand that he was trying to say sometimes more appointments are needed. This was just a rather different way to do it. I did not make a dental appointment to hear about other peoples dental appointments.

We eventually moved on to the lady working alongside Dr. Patel throwing out accusations of leaving a bad Yelp review several years ago (no such Yelp review exists so I was real confused). The woman tried to get me to read text conversations she had pulled up on her computer screen from several years ago, like we had been through a bad break up and she was presenting evidence of my wrongdoings. I have just gained access to these messages and, boy are there are some outrageous messages! I was apparently brazen enough to say "I am not in Sacramento and don't feel comfortable, thank you though." The entire visit was very unprofessional and WAY TOO PERSONAL. I was unaware my conversations were being recorded and retained without my permission so that years down the road my dental appointment would turn into what felt more like a personal attack.

I had long forgiven and forgotten details of the dental visit from the past and came back for the good aspects I experienced. I had let the less than transparent billing and mismatched crown snafu I had experienced years ago go. The crown I received is not pretty, but it functions well as so I learned to live with it. The billing was taken care of years ago. People make mistakes, it's ok. Looking at reviews I was not the only one experiencing similar things during this time. But Stonebrook Dental holds a grudge. I left this dental appointment with more questions than answers. Dental issues were not the focus of my extremely bizarre visit.I was no closer to a resolution to my dental issues than before I made the appointment. I have NEVER experienced being treated this way or feeling so uncomfortable in a place of business in my life. I would have appreciated it if they would have let me know that my visit was going to be a strange begrudged lecture more than a dental visit before I took time off of work. As others have mentioned they do not seem to value their patients time.
I was emotionally drained by the end of my visit and hope others don't have to experience being treated like this rather than being able to get dental care.

I've been dealing with a different dentist over the years and their sole purpose was to remove teeth that were borderline instead of treatment. In fact, I was told by former dentist that all of my front teeth weren't savable; Stonebrook thought otherwise!
It is so refreshing to see a dentist who wants to help and has compassion... The office staff is incredible, especially Jennifer! She has such empathy and is so caring. All the dentists and DAs are so nice and friendly and treat you like a human being.
I am currently in process of getting current teeth repaired and teeth replaced. I have NEVER felt so comfortable in a dental office.
They have me for life!

I'm not very comfortable going to the dentist and they did a amazing job making me comfortable in a normally stressful environment. Very friendly staff
