So I recently had gone through some severe pain in my mouth. I already knew I had some issues, but the pain got to the point where I was unable to sleep effectively. I called for an emergency appointment and expected to have to wait a few days. I was told they could see me that same day within a few hours. I was scheduled for a 2:30pm appointment and when i got there a little early, they were able to see me almost right away. The ladies at the desk were incredibly nice, kind, informative and super friendly. The dentist was just as friendly and very informative. I had 3 teeth pulled that were causing me pain, and I didn’t feel a single thing. They did an amazing job! Everyone was supportive and reasured me on everything I needed to know. The next day I was still pain free and have been ever since. I love this dentist! I cannot stress it enough at how incredible it is to be pain free and to have a dentist that is very caring and trustworthy.

Let me start with; I loathe going to the dentist. Unless I am in pain you will be hard pressed to get me in.
Broke a tooth and Stonebrook was close to the office, took my insurance and could get me in same day. All I was hoping for was emergency care.
The staff was friendly - not just polite, but it seemed genuinely friendly. The Dr. was sure to explain all options, pros and cons, and at the same time LISTENED to my input, concerns and fears. I never felt pressured towards one treatment or another and there was no upsell that happens at so many places.
The Dr. has a light touch, explains what he's going to do before he does it and has a pretty good sense of humor. I actually laughed out loud a couple times, despite my nerves!
I actually look forward to returning for follow up.

Dr. Patel is great and Jen and Chris are the best! My first visit here was because of a refferal from a family friend who had a implant done at an affordable price. I needed an implant and the quote I received prior was jaw dropping. I know first hand that dental work is not cheap but here I was not only getting the implant for almost 1/2 the price the orginal dentist had quoted me but, I was getting top level service and customer satisfaction. I also had my teeth cleaned here by Franny. It was the best cleaning I've ever had. I left my primary dentist and hygentist of 15 years that lives 5 minutes away from me to stay with stonebrook which is a 45 minute drive from where I live. That's how great they are!

I’ve been coming to Dr. Patel for years. His practice has grown substantially since I first walked through his doors and the reason is probably due to a friendly and helpful staff as well as a high level of professionalism. The clinic is kept very clean. A few years ago I was self employed so I had to pay out of pocket for my visits. He recommended that I invest in an electric tooth brush to ensure I maintain good dental health to prevent potentially more costly dental work in the future. Ever since the, my appointments have been so much shorter because using an electric toothbrush keeps my teeth very clean compared to a manual toothbrush which makes it harder at times. His advice made me realize he genuinely cares for his patients rather than seeing how much money he can get out of them. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.
