Dr. Baek was so professional, friendly and efficient. I didn’t know people like him existed. His assistant made me feel very comfortable. She was good too.

Worst dental office ever. Argued with me over my insurance (first said I didn't have it (I have 2!), then when they finally admitted I did have insurance, they claimed nothing was covered (a cleaning!) because the hygienist "changed" the type of cleaning it was -- it was the same cleaning I've received at any dental office). They didn't want to honor the terms of my insurance and wanted to charge me more. Also had a crown put on -- worst crown ever. The hygienist did 99% of the work (the dentist only did the numbing and drilling) and it has never been right. They kept telling me that it was a live tooth and just needed time to settle down -- it's been more than a year and still causes problems. Also, English isn't the hygienist's first language and she didn't understand some of what I tried to tell her. When I left, the dentist (who never checked the hygienist's work) was playing on the computer at the front desk.

Just received a $190 bill for a first visit exam and x-rays that I was told would be $19 with a coupon. I did not receive any other treatment since I decided to go with another dentist due to their high prices. This is four months after the fact. I would steer clear of this place.

I had a great first visit at Colorado Dental Group. The office is pleasant. My dental assistant and dentist were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Their prices, with my insurance, seem reasonable. I do wish they had more/better appointment availability. I only had an exam done, but will review again when I've had my procedures completed.

The dental hygienist and doctors are great and professional, however they have rescheduled my appointments multiple different times. Sometimes it is due to someone getting sick, which can’t be helped, but other times it is because they scheduled my appointment on a holiday or it just got canceled. Then if you reschedule it ends up being another 3-6 months wait time.
This place is great if you can get in, but the canceling of appointments that I make 6 months in advanced is not worth it.

Dr. Andrew’s had to be called 3 times to say I was ready and then had to be retrieved by Paige. Not very customer oriented. Never apologized. Would I recommend them? Probably not.

Do not recommend. I got a text message today that my appointment that was scheduled four months ago was canceled. The text was sent after the office closed on Friday so no one would be available to assist me until Monday. So now the appointment I scheduled in July and took time off of work to take my kids to is gone and no other options for another month at least. I understand there was a legitimate reason but it was handled in a very unprofessional way. Horrible way to do business. I will never work with this office. Based on other reviews I've since read this is seems to be a common problem. Stay away they are wasting your time.

wonderful experience. First off, I was seen the very next morning after calling at closing time. Front desk staff was positive and fun. Kim was a great time and made me feel very comfortable and the doctor gave me his FULL attention willing to answer ALL my questions. I was respected and listened to thoroughly. Though given the big financial burden of health care bills, I still walked out feeling comfortable and far from hopeless.

This review has nothing to do with the actual dental services they provide - it involves their billing department. I was told, over the phone, weeks before I did an eval that my insurance would cover it. I checked with the receptionist upon arrival to make sure that was still the case and she confirmed. After my appointment they informed me that in fact my insurance didn’t cover any of it and I needed to pay it out of pocket. I was told it would be $51.04. I asked them to please submit to insurance to see if they’d cover any and they did. However they submitted $186 instead of the $51 I was told by a supervisor. I’m very unhappy with their billing department’s incompetence and will be asking my insurance special investigative unit to look into this group as a whole.
