I had a fine experience getting my teeth cleaned here, but they keep canceling my appointments to go back. The first time they said they no longer had a hygienist for my appointment and the second time they said they were going to be closed the day I was scheduled for! I know that things happen, but when the next appointment I was offered was 3 months out I couldn’t do it anymore. What if I wait 3 months and it gets canceled again??

I rarely leave reviews but this feels necessary. I want to help others avoid my pain. If I could give zero stars, I would…
They don’t answer the phone unless you press 1, the option for new patients. Then the person who answers the phone is rude when they learn you’re not a new patient.
Unnecessary billing errors to insurance.
Waiting over an hour for a routine braces appointment.
Dental assistants/hygienists who don’t know what they’re doing and this resulted in my kid having to wear braces longer.
Not actually booking appointments so you show up and find out you don’t have an appointment. Then having a six month wait for a cleaning appointment.
A text message a week before my cleaning appointment, for which I waited over six months, informing me they’ll actually be closed on that date.
Please, find another dentist and save yourself the hassle and annoyance of this office.

I liked the convenience and efficiency of theoffice. Waiting que area could be enlarged but actual waiting area is spacious and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful and I was received on time for my appointment, which was appreciated. Also I liked having x-rays done in exam chair instead of other room, expediting my appointment. Overall excellent experience! Would highly recommend 👍

I've always had very nice experiences here. The hygienists are nice, the talk with you and answer your questions. They understand that some people are aprehensive about getting their teeth cleaned and they really do a wonderful job of making you comfortable, turning your teeth cleaning into a pleasurable experience.

Getting in and out is always easy, the admins up front are always helpful, explaining everything to you and they have always been helpful making sure my insurance is all taken care of.

The dentist is very friendly, thorough and although I have never had to have any surgery he has always been great at explaining everything clearly to me.

Overall a great dental experience. I highly recommend Colorado Dental Group to anyone looking for a dentist in town.

My dentist is awesome, as usual. I saw a new to me hygienist today and wasn't impressed. She did her job but it was like she had never had a cleaning before. I had a lot of water splashed on my face, I had to initiate the use of the suction, and it didn't seem like she was very confident in what she was doing. I wouldn't want her doing my cleaning again.

I had an appointment set in August for a routine cleaning/check up. They called about a week before and said the didn't have anyone available to handle this appointment, not a big deal I rescheduled it. I showed up today for my 3pm appointment and checked in. After 15 minutes of waiting in the lobby I'm called up to the counter and told " sorry but we don't have anyone available that can do your cleaning". When I asked why didn't I receive a phone call about this ahead of time they didn't have an answer. I was just told no one is available and no appointments can be made until next year. I understand they might be short handed but yesterday they sent out a text message confirming my appointment and then once I get here and am waiting they cancel? What extremely poor customer service.

Amazing staff and care! My whole family uses Colorado dental group and we have always had exceptional experiences. And after many negative experiences at other dentists, I switched my boyfriend to Colorado dental group and he’s finally starting to warm up to going to the dentist again because of how comfortable they have made him feel. Definitely recommend!

They did a great job! Friendly staff! I was able to bring both of my young kids. My son said it was a great experience and he wasn’t scared and he felt like the dentist was great because they showed him the instruments and what they did before using it and allowed him to choose a flavor for what was going in his mouth. Also the follow ups are quick. Another dentist gave my husband a filling that completely cracked the tooth and they were able to get my husband and appointment to fix it this week. It would have been sooner but because of work we couldn’t do next day. But this experience was wonderful.

I have been going to Colorado Dental Group for several years now, mostly bc I work across the street and it was convenient. The hygienists and dentists are fine, do good work and try to make visiting the dentist as pleasant as dental appts can be. (Kelly Clarkson was the best - very genuine, not haughty like some - but she’s been gone for a bit). But today I had one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at this clinic and it was all due to Kim, the young woman I worked with to have my teeth whitened. Not only was she thorough in telling me what would happen (they book 2 hours for the procedure), but she was extra diligent with her work and super friendly and caring. Please keep Kim on staff, support her in her studies (if she’s studying for something else in the dental world) and give her a raise to keep her. This is the kind of employee we all want to work with when we go to the dentist, and the people who run it would be wise to praise and support her. I hope I got her name right! Thanks again, Kim!

I really enjoy the staff! They are so friendly and personable. The doctors are amazing as well. Everyone takes the time to see so you don't feel like it was a quick non caring appointment. They instruct you with what is best to do for your dental health. And that has been so helpful. I would recommend this office to any friends and family :).
