Great experience with Dr. Mendoza and her team at Crossroads Family Dentistry! From the time I entered the office and was greeted warmly by the receptionist, to the X-rays and procedure by friendly and professional staff I felt right at home! They worked very quickly and didn’t try to upsell me on un-needed or unnecessary work. Great experience and I’ll be going back in the future! I went in for a cleaning with another doctor appointment immediately following. The staff went well out the way to get me finished on time also including x-rays and a doctor visit. Especially Chandra, the hygienist. She was most professional and thorough. This is a well-run office.

They are great about explaining everything and answering questions. I love that Dr. Tyng took the time to talk to me and hear my concerns. Everyone I interacted with at Crossroads is lovely! This was my first dentist visit in a very long time but not a single person judged me for it. I made an appointment online because I was having pain and was able to get in 3 days later. I also don't have dental insurance but Crossroads offers a great in house financial plan! I'll be going back for all my dental care.

This is probably the best dental experience I have had in over 20 years. The staff is friendly, professional, I formative and skilled I their level of care and gentleness. Dr. Tyng was extremely personable and even though it was clearly busy in the building, he took his time to explain recommended procedures and to listen to the goals I have for my smile. I appreciated the attention to details that happened during this visit (both attending to my dental health, the amount of time I spent in the office and the finances that would be involved). It was probably the best cleaning I have ever had as well, the caramel fluoride at the end.... really nice touch.
The office space is absolutely gorgeous. Think spa meets dental, including beverages and spacious seating being available. Advanced dental equipment made the entite process feel so much quicker and smoother than previous experiences.
I can admit that I can be somewhat of a tough critic, and often am not a fan of “the dentist”, but I am incredibly impressed by my experience today. I feel confident, and am actually excited, to be trusting my smile to Dr. Tyng and the Crossroads team!
If you have dental needs, do yourself (and your teeth) a favor and give this place a call!

The office has a great vibe, it’s super clean and everyone is super nice and very detailed. Dr. Tyng is fantastic he takes his time explaining options and procedures. He’s very down to earth. If you’re searching for a new dentist office with superior service this is it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this practice! The staff is so kind and professional, going out of their way to accommodate me in every way possible! The facility is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and very welcoming...I didn't even feel like I was at a dental office! The technology and equipment is certainly the latest and greatest. Crossroads Family Dentistry exceeded my expectations in so many ways and no longer do I feel nervous about going to the dentist. I couldn't be happier to have found them!
