I have, like a lot of people, dental anxiety. It was my first visit to a new practice. First impression, a clean and inviting reception area with a wonderful office manager, Chelsea. My exam and Xrays were done by Brandon, soft spoken and put me at ease, asked every few moments if I was ok and let me know exactly what was happening and why. Dr. Keen is now going to be wildly recommended. Wonderful, kind, and answered the few questions I had very honestly. Kovi did my impressions for whitening trays, and again, told me everything to do and to expect, and was just a calming element for a pretty uncomfortable procedure (not painful, just kinda gross). From walking in to walking out, I felt there was a great connection within the entire staff, no question un answered and highly recommend if there is any element of anxiety. They take care of you!

Always have an amazing experience with Dr.Keen and her staff! I'm one of many of us that have had traumatizing experiences in the past and Dr.Keen makes you feel at ease. She makes sure that you don't feel a thing and that you're comfortable. Love it here.

Dawn did an excellent job during my cleaning! I care about keeping my teeth clean and Dawn kept giving me tip after tip on how to better tweak my oral higene habits which I was grateful for. Her customer service is excellent!

I went in for an extract this morning and although I was there for almost 3 hours for my mouth to numb, dental assistant Anthony was super patient very informative and kept checking up and keeping me company while I waited which was very much appreciated considering I was a bit nervous ! Overall great experience. Thank You Dr Keen and Anthony for a successful dentist visit !

I'm a nervous wreck at the dentist but the staff made me feel so at ease. It was nice that all work (X-rays, exam, cleaning) all occurred in one room. Prices were reasonable as well. I high recommend!

I appreciate the expert care I have received from Dr. Keene. She takes the time to inform on what is to be done and options to consider. The hygienist and dental assistants are caring and informative every step of the way. I am glad to have found this office.

They are amazing! I have very bad anxiety, but they put me at ease and were incredibly patient and caring. Dawn is a wonderful hygienist. Dr. Keen is incredibly knowledgeable.

I had an appointment scheduled to have a cleaning and x-rays done. I sat in the lobby for 15 minutes and because of this the tech didn’t have time to do my cleaning. It’s very frustrating. My time is valuable. I should not have to come back because you all are running late. If you promise a service you should provide that service, not reschedule the client at clinics convenience. That’s just terrible business.

Jen the hygienist was great. My mouth felt so clean after her treatment. Thank you Jen for the excellent job.
