Great experience from the moment I walked in until I left, not one complaint and I hate going to the dentist. The front desk was very professional and friendly, dentist was timely and personable and the tech (Brandon) was the best!

Would not even clean my husbands teeth, but as the girl at the front desk said at least the insurance covered the visit!! Guess that's why they made us give them the insurance information to schedule a visit, and see how far they could run the bill up... Then referred him to someone else for a basic cavity. Wasted an hour of our time and did absolutely nothing but charge for an office visit and x rays. Don't waste your time go somewhere else.

This is a professional and caring dental office. Each person you come in contact with gives you the sense they love what they are doing and they want you to feel you are welcome and your well being matters. You will receive excellent dental care in a friendly environment.

Dr. Keen diagnosed my kids with having 9 and 5 cavities each on our first visit to see her! Before you get under the drill, make sure you get a second opinion as the next highly recommended Pediatric dentists that checked my kids teeth, said they no cavities and that they would not need any fillings. Total waste of worry and time for us!!! :(

Very pleasant experience. I had 6 teeth pulled out all at once and I was very scared to do that. They literally restored my faith in dentist with painless and professional approach to my situation

The dental hygienist was very welcoming and explained the what and why of my procedure throughout my visit -very happy about that. Looking forward to my teeth cleaning in August!

This dental visit was amazing. They explained everything and made me feel like they felt confident in what they were doing. I felt like I was not just another patient who hasn't been to the dentist in a while.

This place was pretty awesome coming from who hates the dentist!!! Was only there for a check up after cracking a tooth! Both the hygienist and doctor were very detailed orantied!!! Looking forward to my next appointment rather than dredging it!! Will let ya all know how my next appointment goes after the team has to do some real work beyond following up and X-rays!!

Nice facility, but worse than expected treatment.
I thought I found an excellent dentist when they did my wisdom teeth removal, as all four were removed with no issues to the point that I was eating pretty normally less than 2 weeks after the removal, where only negative was the excessive pain medication prescription that was unnecessary.
But then I also had metal fillings replaced here, which required multiple bite adjustments when pain was becoming unbearable and also resulted in continued cold sensitivity in left upper tooth to the point I can't eat anything cold on that side, due to the severe pain. (I would later find out at another office that a filling they did wasn't good and had also cracked the tooth causing more direct contact with cold and hot water which was the cause of the sensitivity)
Their response to the cold pain was to just keep using sensitive teeth toothpaste, but that was more than 10 months ago and after several followup visits, they wouldn't own up to the error.
Besides that left tooth, found out I had an air pocket dead center of one of my molars underneath the filling, that formed a bacterial infection in another tooth. I found this out when my cheek and gums next to the tooth inflamed and started swelling severely.
I needed a root canal to take care of the infected tooth, and am less than pleased to find out I had a doomsday clock sitting in my tooth. But switched to a different dentist, they might be good for routine cleaning and preventative work with a good office but wouldn't recommend major dental work get done here.
