Before considering this location as your dentist, I would ask yourself how many of these 170 reviews are payed (or fraudulent) reviews. After all, 170 reviews a quite a lot of reviews, and is much more than would be expected under normal circumstances. There are other places in Fort Collins that accept Medicaid, so there's no need to choose this place over any other. After my experience here I would recommend going somewhere else.
1.) I have a recurring infection in a tooth, and I've been on clindamycin several times. I had a discussion with the dentist about the possibility of the bacteria from the infection growing resistant to the antibiotics due to multiple treatments. It was clear that she had no idea what she was talking about; she was totally unable to give insight on this issue. I mentioned how the bacteria that survived the previous antibiotic treatment would be "naturally selected". Maybe I struck some sort of religious or political chord by mentioning natural selection. Who knows... Either way, my question about antibiotic resistant bacteria is still unanswered, and since I'm taking clindamycin now, I can't help but wonder if I'm creating some super-bacteria due to being repeatedly put on antibiotics.
2.) I accidentally forgot my prescriptions at the dentist. I called in to see if they could call-in the prescriptions to my pharmacy. They told me medicaid does not pay for call-in prescriptions. I seriously doubt this is true since I have had many call-in prescriptions from other doctors. I think it's much more likely that this receptionist didn't want to make that phone call, so she told a lie to save time. (I could be wrong about this, so my apologies I am mistaken here.)
3.) Later that day, I arrived 45 minutes before closing to pick them up and the staff had locked the doors. What's more, and I kid you not, when I pulled up to the front door, the receptionist saw me, checked to make sure the doors were locked, then went back inside. Next thing I know, I'm pounding on the front door hoping somebody will let me in (thankfully they did).
Long story short, the dentist I saw did not seem competent, and the receptionist clearly gives no f***s about the patients.

I've been here a few times and everyone has been really friendly and helpful. I know the dentist can be a daunting visit for some, but they do a really great job making you feel comfortable! :)

I had not been to the dentist in 10 years and I was nervous. Dr. Doug Haschke put me at ease and all of the staff was excellent. I have been going to Dr Haschke now for 8+ years. Last week he removed my top wisdom teeth and again I was nervous because I had never had serious dental work. It was quick and easy and again Dr. Haschke put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands and I trust him completely. I recommend this comfort dental and specifically Dr. Haschke to anyone.

Although the people were nice, I found the dentist rude. I understand I was squeezed in due to an emergency issue, but the doctor made my visit feel rushed. I decided to get a second opinion with my normal dentist, and when trying to get my records, they were told it would be a 25 dollar fee. That is fine, but my dentist suggested I get the tooth number. When I called, they more than willingly gave me the tooth number, which was the wrong tooth. I was looking at the dental chart on teeth numbers when talking to them, and it did not sound right. I questioned it, and the representative said that is all they had on file. Which leads me to believe that they are incompetent. If I had not questioned this, I would have had a root canal done on the WRONG TOOTH. This was gross negligence on their part. I was trying to give them a second chance, despite me experience with them 5 years ago. I was proven once again that they are not in the habit of practicing good dentistry.

I’m very upset with this office. They did a filling on a molar, firstly without any topical jelly to numb the site before the injection was completed. Worst feeling I have ever experienced. Plus they did a filling on a fractured tooth that they never told me they were doing. I went to a new dentist office yesterday to find out that all the “watches” they had in place should’ve been filled a while ago & the fractured tooth filling should’ve never been done either because its so deep I need a crown now. I am currently a dental assistant for a local orthodontist in town. So that being said Do Not go here unless you want to be traumatized too & have many dental complications down the road that should’ve never been an issue in the first place.

First of all the office staff seems to be under the influence of drugs. Painkillers or downers I assume. I waited in the office for over 40 minutes only to be told they do not accept my insurance. When I scheduled the appointment over the phone I was told that they would accept my insurance. When I asked what changed they didn't seem to know. They made me wait longer while they "asked to make sure" that my insurance would not be accepted. It wasn't and now I'm glad. I don't want my insurance company paying these pill-heads to work on my teeth. Just wish I hadn't wasted an hour of my life to find this out.

Who could love a dentist? ME! Amazing prices (half of what the 'other' dentist would have charged me for a crown) and gentle and expert dentist and assistants. My crown fits perfectly - like royalty!

What a great dental office. The dentists and staff are professional and thorough. I will continue to be a patient at this office. I never dread seeing the dentist. It's always a pleasure.

This office has potential to be a good office. However, the front office staff are inconsiderate to any person that walks-in. They treat you more like a nuisance, rather than a customer. No proper social etiquette. The assistants are pleasant. Still, I would recommend giving another office a "go" before settling with this one.
