Ok so this was the worst experiences I've ever had with dentists. I had to have fillings redone. In the two years I was going to them I never once got a cleaning. I have a gum disease that they said wasnt "that bad" so it was never treated. They admitted to messing up a filling that is now going to have to get a root canal. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This office is cold and uninviting and the staff isn't much better rude dentists treat you like a number not a patient and will do whatever it takes to get you in multiple times to charge you as much as they can. Also prying into medical history and questions not having anything to do with dental work felt highly inappropriate and I could tell made my fiancé extremely uncomfortable. On top of all this I don't know how clean there back offices are as I wasn't allowed back after the initial pre exam questions, but I personally saw numerous bugs (beetle looking things) in the reception area, which to me doesn't scream cleanliness. Overall I would recommend that you and anyone you care even a little bit about should avoid this place at all costs.

Comfort Dental is very helpful and and accurate when it comes to proper care and procedures definitely my go to dentist, I like this office much better than my pediatric dentist I used to see. Staff is kind and understanding! Great Job!!

Years ago, I was told I could come into this place;over the phone as I had an emergency. I gave them my insurance info and headed over. When I got there, they were very rude and said my insurance wasn't active and they couldn't see me. My insurance WAS active and luckily I found another dentist to help me. Today, I called and again, the office staff was very rude about the issue I needed help with and that it would be a liability to see me for it.(which actually makes absolutely no sense whatsoever) I checked with my insurance company and they told me that there was NO reason whatsoever that any dentist that takes my insurance couldn't do what I needed to have done. (and no, I'm obviously not a patient because you guys have now turned me away twice) I'm beginning to wonder if there is some discrimination against people with a certain type of insurance.😰

I went in to get some filling put in and I personally hate going to the dentist, but the staff there made it as painless as possible and even helped me work through some of my anxiety.

Hands down the best office in Fort Collins! I can' t understand why there are negative reviews, as I have only had pleasant experiences with the Dentists and staff. They were very quick to help me out, and were straightforward with everything. Felt VERY comfortable coming here, and highly recommend to all my friends that they should come here too.

I cannot express enough how amazing my experience has been at this branch consistently. Gina, who works in the front office, has been incredibly kind and helpful getting my x-rays to me in the past. Christina, the dental hygienist, keeps things lighthearted and jovial every time I come in. Go to this branch over any branch in Fort Collins.

Have been sitting here for almost an hour and a half since my appointment time and have yet to see a dentist. They are overbooked and obviously did not schedule properly for having only 1 doctor in today. Crazy wait time for a new patient exam and the waiting room/front desk area is uncomfortable and run down. If you have another option for your dental needs take it.
