I cant say enough about them. They fit me in last minute notice for what I had been told by my old dentist had to be an extraction. They were able to save the tooth, cut weeks off waiting for a crown and the staff was amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the Doctors went above and beyond what was expected. I will never go anywhere else again!!

If you are a new patient, this place will try scam you. They will scare into thinking that you that you needing a unnecessary a intensive $900 SRP Treatment otherwise your teeth are going to fall out. They will refuse to do a standard cleaning and they will make you feel horrible about yourself. Dr. Carter will talk down to you and there it is no way to treat a patient. I can't even imagine this guy dealing with children. Walked right out the door and went to another dentist. Night and Day difference and it was nice to actually go to a place that actually cares about their patients and doesn't try to screw them over with unnecessary treatments. In fact, a deep clean with a reputable dentist will only cost you $400. Wish I would have checked these ratings first because obviously they abuse pretty much everyone that walks in the front door. Hopefully this helps prevent you from making a horrible decision in choosing a dental practice. You obviously have to not care to earn that fabulous 2/5 Rating here on google reviews.

I been coming here for years, at first the service was okay. But now it's so much better! Doctors are awesome, Cory and Jess are so helpful and so nice to me. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone who needs a dentist!

Just a terrible experience! I called months in advance to set up a cleaning. I set up the appointment went to the office. After they took care of all the "expensive charges" i.e. x-rays, etc, I was waiting 2 hours to get that cleaning I called about initially. I took off work to go to this appointment and they were very disrespectful of my time and asked if I wanted to reschedule because they were behind????? Unbelievable! They were disrespectful of my time and they will be of yours too because the office manager had no solutions to prevent this from happening in the future.

So I did not read the reviews here before going to get some work done at this place. I found that my insurance paid for most of the work without issue. It did not seem to expensive. The onlay was not completely covered by my insurance and did cost me 500$ but over all I needed fillings in almost every tooth on my top and it cost me a grand total of 700 out of pocket. I do have good insurance though so that may be the biggest factor. I found that after having my fillings in they hurt for about a week or so. I also have an extraction and onlay on my bottom and some fillings and the grand total is 800$ for the entire bottom work. This doesn't seem to crazy as other dentists I have been to want to charge the same or more. I found that the dentist (the owner) was rushed he seemed pretty busy over all but the work he did doesn't seem to be bad. He made sure I was numb before drilling and the assistance were not bad at explaining and in some cases over explaining work to be done. The ladies at the front desk remembered my name the next week I came in for a second appointment to get a cleaning.

I found that they were forgetful with what work needed to be done and I reminded them but otherwise things went though without any issue. The scheduling was easy and pretty open for whatever I wanted. I have 3 appointments all 1 week apart without issue.

The cleaning was interesting they up sold me on a laser to clean the gum tissue and my insurance covered everything but the laser. Not a big deal as I was paying with my FSA but it did set me back about 180 they called it a super cleaning because it had the laser and a couple extras.

Over all not a bad experience granted there are things I personally would improve upon but when you really look at the volume of people coming in and the vastly different types of services that are required for each individual person I don't see this place as being anywhere close to bottom of the barrel.

It actually is higher on the list in most cases because of doing majority of dental work in house and not sending you out to other offices like some smaller practices do. It builds the onlays from the cad machine on site and you don't get that in a lot of smaller dentists and in my opinion mine looks pretty good and it was kind of cool to see them building it.

I rate this 4 stars because there are some things that can be improved upon but over all this is not a bad place to get treatment if you have insurance.

The staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. They genuinely care about each patient. I am met personally by name each and Everytime I go. I highly recommend Dr. Ramos and his staff.

I would not recommend this place at all. I went in today for a routine cleaning, the hygienist spent a total of 3 minutes with me polishing my teeth, no cleaning, no plaugue removal, nothing at all except a little polish and not a good job at that. Spent the next 20 minutes waiting for the dentist to come in, he spent 30 seconds said I needed a root canal and a crown, he then left and the hygienist escorted me to the front office so that I could pay my bill. When asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment in 6 months I replied no way. I was asked if there was anything they could of done better I said it would start with cleaning my teeth like I’m getting ready to pay for. Buyer beware they will try to up sell you and charge you for services not rendered

Hate that I had to give the 1 star because they are not even worth that much. Please people read the reviews before using this place. They are an absolute disgrace. They have no customer service skills and I really don't even think they have an up to date dental license. Whoever is running the front needs to learn her job description and learn how to do the billing correct. How do you have someone pay out if pocket and backdoor and charge the insurance company??!! They need to be sued, because all of the fraudulent things going on in their would have this place shut down immediately! Then the so called dentist's that they have are just a joke. How do you schedule someone an appointment just to have them come collect the payment and then refuse to see them?? Then you have the audacity to try and keep the refund. I can see a major lawsuit in your near future.

Poorly Run Office! Simply put I left this business due to the manner in which I had been treated at both my appointments. Each time I was not seen even close to my scheduled appointment (approximately 30 minutes). Also, they don't seem to care much about this issue, so I left for another dentist office.
