This was my first time to the facility . My dentist was Dr. Coleman. He made me feel very comfortable and was professional at all times. I was greeted warmly by the front staff, and the hygienist and other staff were just as wonderful. I would rate this place higher than 5 stars if I could!!

Horrible place I am mad I have to even give them one star. They are extremely rude and talk down to you. They are extremely overpriced. I saw a dr. Carter who seemed be inconvenienced with me coming there . I had a broken tooth which he barely looked at and then proceded to ask me what i wanted him to do. I have not been to dental school, isnt that his job to know how to fix my teeth. Then when i had questions after he was bothered by that and was extremely rude and belittled me. Do not go there its a waste of time and money.

Greeley Modern Dentistry is what is wrong with dentistry today. I recently moved to the area and went in for a teeth cleaning with no teeth issues at all, I was just due for my six month cleaning and that was all I wanted to have done. The dental hygienist did a fine job with the routine cleaning, but afterwards was when the up-sell process began....
"Want an additional cancer screening that is not covered by insurance?" No, but geez do you think I have cancer, because that's worrisome to throw the C word around? They didn't see anything that would suggest I have cancer, but I guess the only way to be sure is to pay extra to have a specialist on staff look really hard into your mouth with a magnify glass. Uhhh, no thanks. I'm not a tobacco user and you have no reason to suggest that I have oral cancer. "How about an extra not-covered-by-insurance flouride rinse, because otherwise you can/will get cavities." No, that's ok. Been fine so far for 35 years. "Do you drink coffee? Have you thought about getting your teeth whitened?" My teeth may not be pure white, but they look pretty normal, but thanks for the attempted teeth shaming. And then the kicker: "We see an abnormality at the base of one of your molars from your x-ray and it may be serious. Can you come back next week to meet with our oral surgeon on staff for a consultation?" OMG... well sure, that sounds serious.... Next day the receptionist calls to confirm my tooth EXTRACTION appointment. Wow. No thank you, and goodbye.
Got a second opinion from a different dentist even though I had to pay out-of-pocket for the consultation. My abnormality was actually a very common thing and not something that would need to be extracted. SO glad that I got a second opinion, and so glad that I ditched this outfit.
I'm sparring you the long story about my 4 year old daughter at this same dentistry (we went in for our appointments at the same time), only to say that she had 2 cavities apparently that would require pain numbing needles to be filled: My new (and more experienced) dentist filled the ONE cavity that she had without needing painkillers and did it pain free. I'm pretty mad that were going to stick my 4 yo kid with needles and charge me for unnecessary dental work.
So I had a bad experience, but I normally don't write reviews on stuff like this. The kicker came when we got the bill for all this stuff, and I have pretty good insurance even. Now I know why so many people are on staff, work at the front desk, and the office is so "modern". Good riddance.

The workers are kind and patient, with great communication skills that would ease a mind in the presence of a nervous child

This place was and is TERRIBLE! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Shame on me for even going there to begin with. First of all I went in for the typical X-ray exam and consultation being I was having some pain on one of my teeth. The dentist recommended on the first visit a crown. I saved for it for a month then made the appointment. When I went in, needless to say my symptoms were still the same, the dentist ALL OF A SUDDEN changed his mind and stated I needed a root canal too. So I was stuck between a rock and hard place and needed my tooth fixed so I did the procedure. I went in with the intentions of getting 2 teeth fixed but because of the change of plans I just did the one. The dentist, Dr Carter, was unprepared as was the staff that was assisting. The procedure took several hours and the assistant did a lot of the work and the dentist kept leaving the room. I HAVE NEVER had a dentist that would leave the room as much as he did. Well this took place about 3 months ago and I have never been without pain. Finally this week, 11-17-2014, I had had enough and made another appointment. I went in and magically the endodontist was there and saw me and proceeded to tell me that root canal was not done correct and I needed an additional operation that would cost me another $1200 on the SAME tooth. I was extremely upset being I had already spent $915 on the first procedure. The lady up front stated she would talk to Dr Carter and see if he would help with the cost being it was a mistake made by him. I received a phone call that informed me that they would take $140 off the $1200 and thats ALL they could do. I was and am still furious!! I will not go down without a fight. In the meantime I am on pain medication and antibiotics trying to subside the pain until I can save up the money or fight this terrible place for the operation. If you do not want to break the bank then DO NOT go here! They will rob you left and right for everything. Oh and I didn't even mention how they "missed" that I hadn't met my deductible and later billed me for that and all they had to say was "Oh, we missed it, I am sorry"! Please please please find a better dentist.

Greeley Modern Dentistry, and specifically Dr. Collins, were absolutely fantastic. I drove all the way from Denver to see Dr. Collins for my wisdom teeth referral/general cleaning, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Dr. Collins was professional, courteous, and made what's normally a nerveracking experience a leisurely breeze, while also doing an excellent job on my teeth. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing dental work.

Emailed this place to set up an appointment. I received a voice mail from a guy named Brandon to call him back and schedule an appointment. When I called in, a rude little person named Brittany picked up stating that there was no one there by that name. Okay - can I go ahead and get my appointment scheduled? I know she works at a dentist office but it was literally like pulling teeth just to get into this place. Not worth it and from the other reviews I've read save your time and your money.
