The staff is friendly but I would recommend others to go elsewhere. A "glitch" in their software system reported me to a collection agency for a $400 bill I didn't own almost 18 months after my last work done here. I reached out and they assured me it was resolved. 3 weeks later, my credit score takes a 40 point hit, while I am trying to make a big purchase.

i reached out to them a second time to inform them it is still happening and they said it was taken care of, but when I followed up for confirmation I have gotten no responses.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are enough other dental services out there, this place isn't worth the risk.

I had a very positive experience at this dental clinic. Everyone on the team was compassionate, thorough, and respectful. They explained everything from the procedure to the payment options. Even though I felt apprehensive at first, the dentist made me feel at ease and I felt comfortable the entire she worked on my teeth. I have a brighter smile thanks to these wonderful dental clinicians!

I have been going to this dentist for a few years now. All of the staff and providers have been lovely to work with and they have helped get my oral health back in tip top shape. The cleanings are easy and painless and they mange my pain well during large procedures. I will continue to drive across town to see them!

All services were thoroughly explained to me as well as the respective costs. My hygienist performed a deep cleaning tarter removal for me that had never been done in the past and was necessary to keep my teeth, gums and bones in good shape. Very friendly staff!

Beware of Lakewood Dentists!!! At my routine cleaning visit the hygienist told me I had advanced periodontal disease, bone loss, pockets that all measured 7's and 8's, and needed to have specialized cleanings done and possibly have gum surgery. The hygienist was very upset when I said I needed to get a second opinion before moving forward and then very rudely refused to do a routine cleaning. They kept trying to sell me on the financing. I went home, terrified that my teeth were going to fall out and had anxiety up until I had a 2nd opinion.

I let the dentist know at my appointment for a 2nd opinion about the advanced periodontal disease diagnosis I was given by Lakewood Dentists. After evaluating my x-rays and completing an oral exam she said I do not have periodontal disease, my gums are within the healthy range measuring 2-3's and that she could not believe the severity of the misdiagnosis. I do not recommend going to Lakewood Dentists at all! Now I'm questioning if I even actually needed the other work I had done there. Zero stars!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff!! Went in with quite a few problems because of long gap between last dentist visit! Carefully walked me through steps needed to take to get me back to a healthy mouth without any shame or embarrassment. Will recommend to friends and family!!

I have been going to this dentist for a few years now. Nobody likes going to the dentist but they are so welcoming and nice that they make the experience easier. The last time I was there I needed extensive work done due to severe pain and they made it work to get all the work done in 1 day since I live an hour and a half away. I did see a new dentist this time but she was so nice and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable. As you can see I am willing to travel to this dentist so I am certainly willing to recommend them.

I moved to Colorado a few months ago and was in search of a new dentist. I’m glad I found the team at Lakewood Dentists! The staff is friendly and Dr. Endress is thorough and efficient! I knew I needed some work done and I loved how they took the time to go over my financial options and explained the steps. I wasn’t overwhelmed at all. Thank you everyone at Lakewood Dentists! Highly recommend.

I was called by this office after not having been for some time. I was originally scheduled for a cleaning. I was later called and told that I would also need a new exam. Not a big deal, right? After the exam I was told they would want me to do a deep cleaning that would cost around $800 after insurance. Cool, I’m all for that and want to improve my oral health. I said “let me check my budget and we can get something scheduled out and asked if we could go ahead with my regular cleaning.” I was told NO. They won’t do anything for me unless I pay for the other treatment.

The staff is efficient, knowledgeable and respectful. They have multiple payment options for all budget sizes, their prices are competitive and their work is the best you can get. They treat you like a human and make your dental work as smooth as you can make dental work. I would recommend them to everyone.
