Dr Dallmann and team provide a level of care that is exceptional. All of the staff are committed to providing friendly, compassionate, and caring service. They have gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and have made some pretty unpleasant situations I've been in much better. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs. Your smile will never look better!

The entire staff here are wonderful. Dr. Dallmann is very nice and a great dentist and Heather is an amazing hygienist. They've done a great job helping me get my dental issues corrected and over the last 2 years my teeth and gums are in the best condition they've ever been in.

Not a good experience. Have had a swollen gum for over a month and was told my gum was perfectly fine. Did not recommend anything as to what I should do or how long it might take for the swelling to go down if it had just been irritated. No follow up when the manager told me she would let the Periodontist know my concerns. Basically felt belittled when I was concerned about my gum and what to expect as I have never had this issue with my gum and it was protruding outward when flossing. Did not offer to take a look at it again just said you can go get a second opinion elsewhere.

Well so far I have had three fillings and one crown over a month ago I would consider their dentistry work to be quality work. Pleasant office and overall upbeat visits, competitively priced, probably will be going back for a partial, I would give them an A+ rating.

The dentist and hygienist here are so great! They always help me to understand I love that I don’t have to be referred to a specialist, instead they have specialist come to them a few times a month. Makes it really easy to just go to one location for all my dental needs. Highly recommend going here.

I love these guys! They thoroughly explained to me what was going on with my oral care, and helped me achieve improvements. The practice seems very modern, with excellent equipment. Everyone is friendly and they even offer payment plans.

I had a great experience here. I called them with a really bad tooth ache, and they got me in the same afternoon. Everyone was friendly and the dentist explained the procedures to me in detail. I'm definitely coming here from now on!

Love this office, they got me in right away when I was in a lot of pain, everyone has been great, from the dentists to the ladies at the front desk. Everyone is always so nice. I'm happy I found them and have a reliable dental office.

DON'T USE THEIR SMILE GENERATION PAYMENT PLAN SERVICE. They claimed to not have my apt. # (even though it's stated in the borrower's info on the sales receipt), so my bill was never successfully delivered, they never called me, and then they sent it to a debt collector.
I had bad feelings about this dentist during my new patient appointment after agreeing to a bunch of work they said I needed (without even getting a cleaning?), making a down payment (who puts down payments on dental work?), coming back and being asked to pay before the work was done (not normal?), and then NEVER RECEIVING A BILL. They had an 18-month, no interest payment plan with Smile Generation that I agreed to, but I never received payment request, missed payment, or late fee from Smile Generation. Then 14 months later I receive a call from a debt collections agency saying I owe the total + $281 late fee since I've failed to pay.
I never went back for a follow-up cleaning, regular cleaning, etc. and I'm disappointed in the lack of responsibility and patient care from Lakewood Dentists and Smile Generation.

Love this place! Very patient and friendly. Amity is the best and knows insurance inside and out. I had two major procedures last year and checked out a few options before deciding on Lakewood Dentists. Glad to have found this place.
