I was not a patient of theirs but called them this afternoon in hopes of being seen. I was experiencing a bad toothache/probable infection, I spoke with Kristi and she was able to get me in right away and less than hour after my initial phone call I was sitting in Dr. Redko's chair receiving her caring treatment.
Dr. Redko was thorough and explained all my options. The extraction that she performed could not have been done with gentler hands.
Snowmass Village Dental turned a terrible day into a great one.

Another fabulous experience at my favorite dentist office. It's been a hard year for everyone. When COVID caused my original appointment in May to be cancelled, we rebooked for October. On that date, it snowed five inches and the power went out in the valley. The Snowmass Village Dental team found a way to fit me back into an already overbooked schedule as they try to play catch-up from months of backlog. Friendly efficient team close by. Having just returned from a drive to Denver for a medical visit, and writing on a day when it's snowing hard (October, no less), the location is a dream. They're always happy to get you in when you need to, and to be flexible when your plans change. They take insurance and don't make mistakes there. They work well with other DDS/DMD for referral stuff. Parking is easy, and the office is right near the P.O., bank, and the grocery. The only issue is that they're in Snowmass Village, and so pay Snowmass rent. If you have to have stuff done off insurance, their rates reflect the location. Not much to be done about that.

I have been a client of Snowmass Village Dental for several years. I have always had a great experience with the entire staff, from Dr. Redko to Lynn at the front desk and my hygenist. At the recommendation of my hydgenist, I am scheduled to have a cleaning every 3 months as opposed to the normal 6 month visit. This was my first 3 month visit and the cleaning was so easy, I passed with flying colors. She even scheduled me for the next cleaning right after my appointment. The staff is so friendly, the reminders come via email and text so you never miss your appt. Just a great experience from start to finish. Thanks ladies!

Karina Redko is my main doctor, she has seen me several times and knew my condition. I went up to confort care in Glenwood and obviously they treat people like animals I had two huge extractions and I was in a lot of pain. I went to see her, and the front desk attendant was nice but all the other women who worked there were looking at me and kind of laughing Redko came finally after 30 min after waiting for her. And looked at me with disgust checked on my extraction and told me if it was anything I need or went wrong I had to go back to Confort Dental. Didn’t charged me but treated me awfully. And the rest of the crew kept looking at me making fun al almost.
I am a single mom, and that is why I went to comfort dental but I was willing to pay her to make sure everything was fine. I think she thought I was there for some pain medication and treated me like a drug addict or drug dealer. Kept repeating “ I won’t prescribe you anything I didn’t do the procedure” Obviously she didn’t she only does the whiting and cleaning. I just wanted to make sure everything was fine because it was two molars and they did it really fast and the anesthesia was weak.
Not going back there ever again.
