I felt safe when I went there. They were taking all necessary precautions and as always, Jamie is an incredible dental hygienist.

Absolutely terrible. I have a cracked crown that’s already had some chipping. It’s causing me extreme pain and if i don’t get it treated there’s a risk of infection. I have great dental insurance which they don’t accept. They said they’d have to charge me the full $1500 (which btw is $300 more then what it should cost) today and my insurance can reimburse me later. I explained i’m in the middle of moving to another state and I can’t afford to just drop $1500 and asked if I could do a down payment and a payment plan and they refused to work with me at all. No sympathy whatsoever absolutely soulless and not in keeping with the spirit of this beautiful valley. I would give them 0/5 stars except that they were very polite while refusing to help me.

I was visiting Aspen/Snowmass Village on vacation. On Wednesday afternoon, I lost a temporary crown while eating a sandwich. After considering my options, I called Snowmass Village Dental to see if they could help me. They were able to work me into their busy schedule the next morning. The care that I received from Jenny, Dr. Redko, and Vega was excellent. They made me feel as if I was a valued patient and not just a temporary visitor to their office. They were attentive to my various needs. The job they did was a lot bigger than they had expected. Originally, they expected to just reset the old temporary crown in about 20 minutes, but that was not possible. After being presented with options (and their costs), I decided to have her set a permanent crown. Dr Redko was able to prepare and set the permanent crown in about an hour and a half. She employs state of the art technology, and delivers her services with a friendly and understanding manner. I missed one morning’s activities, but was able to join the group Thursday afternoon and enjoy the balance of our vacation in the Aspen/Snowmass Village area! I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Radko for the 18 years that I have lived in the valley. The dental care that I have received at Dr Radko's service has been truly outstanding. Trust your teeth to Dr Radko and staff.

I broke a tooth and the staff at Snowmass Village Dental shifted around appointments to be able to see me that day. They were very helpful and friendly, and I can't tell how relieved I was to find such a excellent staff on short notice and here in Snowmass instead of having to drive to Glenwood Springs in crippling pain.....If you live here or are visiting and have dental needs, make them your first stop👍

I have been going to this dentist for years and I have no complaints. They are wonderful and caring towards their patients. I appreciate everything about them. 5 Stars!

Just moved to SMV from Chicago and Dr Redco was recommended to me by my new physician. Was not expecting a small town dentist to have such a new, modern office with more up to date technology than my big town Chicago dentist! Dr Redco and the entire staff were very friendly, efficient, and welcoming. A good experience.

I went to Dr. Redko about one year ago after she told me that I had major dental work needed. I found this quite unbelievable as I had just seen my previous doctor just 6 months prior and had -0- issues.

Dr. Redko incredibly found copious amounts of work...to the tune of $7,500.00! I had the first tooth done that she basically insisted was non-negotiable. She placed a in-house made crown on the tooth and it was never right. I could feel hot and cold and generally avoided eating on that side of my mouth as it caused me terrific pain. I returned to her on many occasions only to be told that maybe I need a root canal.

My boyfriend also went to her and she found nearly $6,000 worth of immediate care needed.

Being suspicious, I decided to seek a second opinion. Dr. Redko told me that I had something called "pre-cavities" - meaning that they needed to be drilled immediately to avoid further decay. Unbelievably, all her cited work was bogus. The dentist I saw said that he saw glue from previous fillings but no signs of further decay.

Cut to the chase, I had to have the one and only procedure she did on me replaced today after just one short year. The dentist said, "Wow, I see what happened here. She didn't use enough glue around the tooth root and it created an open pocket. No wonder you were in pain." That tooth ended up costing me $4,000.

I truly believe that she will try to find anything and everything she can find in your mouth to pay for her state-of-the-art equipment. And guess what? My boyfriend didn't need any dental work either.

I wrote this review so that no one else succumbs to her practice. Do not go to this dentist. There are many in Aspen who do incredible work who are honest and fairly priced.
