Dr. Kim is the most kind, considerate and professional dentist. He is one that goes beyond the scope of business to ensure that the patient is comfortable and allows you to ask questions. In addition, his staff has the same work ethics. Just to mention Brittany & Lisa whom have taken great care of not only me but my 2 son’s. Our family was first introduced to Dr. Kim I’m 2018 for my youngest who had suffered a traumatic brain injury just months before. I was comfortable and felt like my son was in good hands. Therefore, I will be recommending not only my family but friends to become clients. I guarantee these dentistry is the best.

Feather Touch Dental is a wonderful practice with staff who make sure you are taken care of in a professional and comfortable environment. Dr. Kim efficiently examined my teeth and fully explained my dental issues and how he planned to resolve them. I fully understood the situation and was glad to have someone so knowledgeable working with me. He even gave me hygiene advice and a recommendation of a toothbrush for my individual needs. One of the best dentist offices I have been to hands down. I feel I am in good hands at this office. Recommend to anyone who wants a great experience at the dentist.

This was my first time getting care at Feather Touch and I am so happy I made the decision to see them! Awesome experience from start to finish! Everyone was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. They constantly checked on my comfort and addressed all my questions and concerns. Even though they are the experts, they really made me feel like a partner in my own health. And it doesn't hurt that they give you a welcome gift as a new patient! Shout out to Zoë (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) and Dr. Shah for taking such great care of me! This is the first time I have ever looked forward to returning to the dentist and I can honestly say that this is the best dental experience I've ever had.

Adding on that their "customer service" is phenomenal. I can personally speak to fact that Dr. Kim (and I'm sure all others) goes above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care of (even after hours or when the office is closed). Just good people that are empathetic and helpful.

Best dentist (Dr. Kim) I've had my entire life.

I had a fantastic experience with my cleaning and consultation. My hygienist was Brittany and she was very thorough. She did a great job of explaining any issues as well as offering helpful advice. She was also very patient with me as I was late for the appointment and she did everything she could to make sure I got out in a timely manner. My consultation was with Dr. David Kim and he was also very thorough. He also communicated to me using language and visuals I could easily understand regarding any issues with my teeth. I'll definitely be back and can't recommend this practice enough!

Let me start by saying Feather Touch Dental Care goes above and beyond for their patients. I recently moved to Atlanta and prior to my first appointment with Feather Touch, had not been to the dentist in almost 7 years. I was feeling nervous for this first appointment because it had been so long and I didn't want to feel judged. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the front desk staff who were friendly and made me feel very welcome. Zoe was my dental hygienist and is truly meant to be in this line of work. I had timidly told her it had been a very long time since seeing a dentist and without any judgement in her voice she made me feel understood and comfortable. She walked me through each step of the visit and educated me about dental hygiene along the way. Dr. Kim was the dentist I saw and he welcomed me like I had been one of his patients for years. So kind and very knowledgable. The way he explained what was going on with my teeth made perfect sense and he took the time to answer my questions. The front desk staff who handle the insurance are true angels and took the time to do a breakdown of each service and what my insurance would and would not cover. They also provided information on financing options if needed. When I had to go back for fillings, the dental assistant Lisa was excellent! Lisa and Dr. Kim were able to get my fillings done without any pain or discomfort and it was the first time I didn't experience numbness the entire day.

When I first found Feather Touch on google, I was a little skeptical with the 700+ 5 star reviews but I am so glad I took a chance and booked an appointment with them. They are worth every 5 star review and more. If you are looking for welcoming, kind and efficient dental care Feather Touch is definitely the place for you.

I will never stop bragging about this office! The front staff are always courteous, understanding, and pleasant, which I appreciate so much. It's also nice to see the same faces each time you go in for an appointment. Drs. Kim & Shah are the most personable (and cool!) docs ever, and my 4-year old is always excited for the dentist. I also have to brag on my hygienist, Zoë! From day one, she has beamed the most infectious joy, and I value the relationship we've developed. I love this office, and even if I end up moving out-of-state, I'll be coming back twice a year for my appointments without hesitation!

Feature Touch Dental Care is an amazing dental office. The staff is amazing, and they take their time to make sure you’re getting the best treatment. Most of all they’re pain free and very affordable.

This is my second time going to Feather Touch Dental and it was the best experience I have ever had. I went in to get a filling and had to get a needle for numbing. Everytime I went to the dentist it was the needle that I feared. I'm glad to say I did not feel a thing. Wow!!! So I will recommend these guys all day long!!! Thanks again!!! I was really pleased with the way I was treated at Feather Touch Dental Care.
The parking situation was perfect I called their front desk to get directions and the receptionist was so helpful she walked me thru everything. So I get upstairs and I'm met with great customer service. I filled out the necessary paperwork and I was met by Katelyn who really was nice and made me feel comfortable. She took into the room where I met with David Kim who gave me a great consultation and assured me that he could take care of all my needs. After that I met with Margarita who spoke to me about my treatment plan and made feel very comfortable about letting David Kim and Neal Shah become my dentist. They are a 5 star establishment and I have recommended them to friends.
